As for product placement, it's allowed, as long as it's not right in the eye-line of a viewer. If Gino showed that watch too much, and took away the content of the show, then viewers could complain if they wanted to.

I noticed his watch, but what I noticed is that it looked awfully cheap and tacky with his nice clothes. So not the best advertising, if that was intended, and I definitely have no idea of the brand

I thought he was wearing a Little Mermaid clock on his wrist, it was mostly very BIG and colourful.
