So,

Is it just me who gets the vibe that Adam tends to look down on women? I picked up on it majorly tonight.

Didn`t get that impression - on YBF he came across as a love struck teenager in awe of Katie at one stage.

I know what you mean, he's patronising with women. I think he's intimidated by meeting such strong women, personally.

He has oddly impeccable manners for someone with such a bad attitude. He thanked every customer he possibly could, always thanked the secretary, etc.

He's like a Jekyll / Hyde type character.

I certainly don't think Adam dislikes women, but I think he has a somewhat patronising view of them.

He does seem to be a bit socially clueless doesnt he? And yeh I picked up on a slightly patronising attitude in the boardroom, always apologising for bringing up Katie's mistakes as if she were some child or invalid who needed protecting. Not sure he's that familiar around women.

Weirdly though despite/perhaps because of it, I find him bafflingly endearing for some reason. Now Katie's gone he's my favourite.

i got that vibe of him aswell a while ago, for instance when he said he had to help jade with the choreography in last weeks task, he was really patronising and acting as if jade was incapable of doing it

He's just an unmitigated tosspot so it's not really a surprise he feels that way about women.

I thought it was kind of interesting the way, tonight, when he was asked who to bring back into the boardroom he obviously picked Katie cos of her history but he was also muttering about bringing Jade back in as well before finally settling on Azhar.

That seemed, to me, like he felt like he had an obligation to the "boys club" not to drop ANY of them in the sh*t.

He likes women in a sexist way but you are totally right that he looks down on them. It's been flagged since Week 3 when he Katie volunteered to be project manager and he was incredibly patronising to her.

I don't pick up anything in particular to say he dislikes women or looks down on them. It's just his general stupidity shining though.

He was quite rude about sushi though. A bit sushi-ist perhaps.

Not surprised he's not used to women. Shouldn't imagine the ladies are exactly queueing up.

I have to agree with this, the fact he is so socially inept and very different to the other candidates, I always feel a bit sorry for him!

I sense that Adam has a genuine, cliched, proverbial heart of gold. Unfortunately, I also sense that one has to dig through a hell of a lot of bullsh1t to find it.
