Oh and it depends who you ask too. Most women in this country don't look like/have Alex's figure. if you went to Nigeria, Alex's figure would be standard

Yeah. I dunno, but musically she seems to have a very good idea, and even lyrically too. Universal and Scooter Braun. Billboard hot 100+200 #1s. That is all

Tbh first she needs to find out where the problem is, whether it's the budget (will increase if the album sells well/decent enough) or whether it's her team or both.

If it's the budget, Alex is going to negotiate and talk to other labels (american ones also) to see what they have to offer her.

If it;s the team, she's going to need to fire some people, especially The stylist, Manager, (if it's not the budget), and possibly the Choreographer, Alex can pull off way better choreo's on stage. The video is mostly decent/good but the editors cut off those scenes. Alex needs better directors also

If it's both, Alex better find a new lable cause Firing + asking for more money is not happening, i think.

I'm more curious to see what direction she's going to take. I don;t think Dance is what brings best above in her. I'd rather see her do an Urban/R&B album. With afrobeats influences (she's loving those atm) and a few belter ballads

Her legs here are A LOT different to how they used to be here by different I generally mean muscle wise. I know her bigger legs are natural for her and i like them but when they were softer and more feminine. Anyway lets get off the subject of her legs lol.

She looked at her best when she was promoting Bad Boys/Broken Heels....during ANL, she just wasn't the same. I mean she looks absolutely fine but not for the type of clothing she likes to wear on stage.

And she definitely needs a new label, management, new look, a new sound etc....i really wish she stayed with Syco now, it seems like she has payed for her desire to leave them very dearly now...it's pretty evident based on the fact that she didn't get a BGT slot and that these random independent labels are releasing Elephant.

The US deal seems to have fallen through aswell after she switched labels. I think Syco felt disrespected by her request to move after all they've done for her

Yes and no, it's a joint deal. I believe syco put up the videos, and release the stuff, whereas rca send songs to radio and are the main label. Syco are just the distributor.

She's still a part of Sony, but under RCA instead of Syco, Syco just have their name attached. The way it works with their other 'joint' UK deals.

Their staff is WAY too small to handle the amount of acts they have.

I think they're simply more toned now than they were before. She put on weight after that, we saw that when she did the Henessy job, and had to lose it all, which she did. LOL at the last line.

I think her body is perfectly fine actually, she just needs to dress for it that's all...hence the call to sack that wicked stylist...

I don't know...I think it's the tight shorts that make her legs seem massive because if you look at this her pins are completely different + hot...and it's a recent picture.

But I agree Alex needs a new stylist who can dress her sexy but classy at the same time and to her size too.

True. It's the size of the shorts, not her legs as such. How you style someone, is how they look, not necessarily the actual bodily properties they have. She needs the GAY outfits (without the tights, I didn't like the prints on them), BH ones and The Let's dance for sport relief IMO.

I don't mean to be argumentative burn that doesn't make much sense.

She has the same management and stylist now that she had during the Syco days.

She never performed on BGT even when she was with Syco.

Why would her switch from Syco have any effect on the US deal? She is still with Sony after all.

As for her sound, she was still with Syco when she recorded some of the album. How can you say that she needs a new sound when you haven't heard the album?

Radio 1 didn't playlist her after Broken Heels until Elephant so lack of their support can hardly be attributed to moving from Syco.

When she was there, people kept saying she should leave!

If she wasn't getting sabotaged by radio, both tracks would have taken off and the whole "flop/ superstar" debate wouldn't be necessary, but the industry politics won't allow the album to stand or fall on its own merits. So, even if she did Adele, Emeli Sande type of music, she would still have trouble promoting her material.
This post on the music forum is brilliant.

Overall from the snippets it sounds hottt, BUT....it does sound slightly (only very slightly) samey.....it could have done with a few more mid-tempos to balance it out....but I love the 90s sound
