I was talking to one of my twitter buddies who happened to see leona perform yesterday,and he said that when leona was introduced,they said that the album is coming out late summer.I also asked him about leonas weight and he said that she has indeed gained some weight and it is noticeable.

I get that we should all be allowed to talk about her weight, I just don't see the point in it. People can be "big" or curvy, but still be in shape. And it's not like we've seen her step out in any skin tight clothing so for all we know it could just be the dresses.

Last week she didn't look like she gained any weight when she wore the purple dress to the X factor taping.

Leona said she was LAUNCHING the album end of summer, Which means a single out.

I think Leona thinks October is in Summer. This is how the seasons work out for Leona:

Spring - March and April
Summer - May to August
Late Summer - September and October
Autumn - (Leona classes this as late Summer)
Winter - November to February

Deanpiper was at the ROS yesterday so he probably asked her and don't forget: late summer = end september; because summer is from june 21 - 21 septemer, if I'm not mistaken
I do think the album is ready, they're probably picking the songs for the tracklist and thinking about the promo. I really believe in new song in couple of days!

Dean was backstage at RAH last night, but as far as I'm aware, didn't get a chance to speak with Leona.

Also, when she came on stage, she did not mention summer. The words "later in the year" were used. And last week, Leona did say "end of the summer" - which as established, can be up until September 21. So that's a MAMMOTH nine whole days until October at the earliest. How will we cope?!

Doesn't anyone think that maybe, just maybe, Leona would love to give a date, but at the same time, has to be cautious, and not say a date, risk having it changed about - give or take a couple of weeks - and risk disappointing everyone again? She is right to be vague - hence why not one person EVER confirmed a March release. It was simply a date given to Amazon to keep pre-orders rolling in and avoid taking down the listing.

The hysteria and unnecessary weight jibes - and let's not even mention those ridiculous twitter trend 'ideas' - is so painful to read through.

Sooo glad you just said pretty much everything i've been thinking this place needs to chill and avoid silly arguments... new Leona is coming... this is exciting times!

Me too, I have to say I came onto this thread earlier today excited to see all the news and pics from the concert last night and I just got depressed with the posts picking on anything and everything.

I think Leona looked beautiful and sounded amazing as always, I liked her dress. Looking forward to the Hackney gig and the Single and album.

Well it must be a very boring forum if we can't say our opinions. We can't always be positive about Leona, I mean.. she's amazing, but if we don't like something about her look or something else then we have the right to say that and I'm sorry if you have to read someone elses opinion that doesn't agree yours.

Lets not forget its an appreciation thread... opinions are always fine... unnecessary negativity is not... i guess it depends on how people read comments... what sounds negative to some, may not be meant that way

and criticising someones look will always get a BIG reaction (rightly or wrongly)... especially when related to the weight of a healthy and attractive woman

my main pet hate is when a negative opinion is given more than once by the same poster... actually... there are points when the same thing is repeated so many times it really gets annoying to read (but thats just my opinion!)

Tell them sis ! People are allowed to say their opinion and most important is that all of this are jokes (about trends etc etc)

And for all people who said that there is nothing wrong with her weight and that she looks like she did before = you have some perception problems

Leona loves fashion, clothes, loves to look nice, sexy, young and all you can see her wearing last few months are coats, big jackets etc etc...its clear that she wants to hide it...yes we know that she is going to look great when era starts but she can't lose weight in 2 weeks, that's not possible + its not healthy for her

Funny how some people come here one or two times in month and they always try to prove how we all here are not good fans like they are (+ they do that in Leona related FB groups all the time )
