I thought the lead singer was great. Very Freddiesque, which I guess is why Roger and Brian choose him.

I suppose the singer has alot of quirks similar to Freddie.

That guitarist showing off doing a back-flip, he had to stop himself landing on his face. ”

Hi, re Freddy, hub reckons it's his jaw. Mind you he did look a bit like Freddie when close-up, except he kept his shirt on...

Idols sent to TMZ to toughen them up against the tabloids.

Having said all that, I do enjoy some of the versions of Queen songs I have heard.”

As a fellow Queen fan, you might be interested in this cover version I recently discovered:

It's the best female cover I have ever heard of this song(imo)

Jessica and Elise up first.

To be honest I think Jimmy just predicts how the voting will go and then matches his opinions to it so he comes of as a Mystic Meg.

Jessica safe (obviously the bounce-back vote is still going strong)
Elise in bottom three.........again

Results in pairs.....

Jessica and Elise...

Jimmy re Jess and BRhapsody...wasn't impressed. Liked 2nd song, double the vote

Jimmy re Elise.....wrong Queen song, nightclub back of beyond, 2nd song was bad choice...

Jessica......top 3

Elise.........Bottom 3 ( poor Elise)

When the contestants were shown in the House or talking to those 2 people, they were so normal, yet many of them once on Stage become very wooden. You'd think their personalities would shine through automatically, yet they don't, and reckon that's the problem with their singing style. Just a thought I had as I watched them.

Thankyou for that link, I loved it, best I have heard also.

Not surprised Elise is in the bottom three again, I don't think she belongs there, but it was predictable.

Back to Casey chatting to Ryan....

Stefano performs....his voice is very low at the start, nice sneakers though. He's on a roll, sounds like it. lol Not bad Stefano....keep rolling lol

Next up Hollie and Joshua.

Hollie "nervous"
Joshua "scared"

I thought both did very well last night.

Jimmy's gonna be mad if Joshua's voted off.

Hollie bottom three..........again.
Joshua safe

Results...

Hollie, Joshua

Jimmy re Hollie....good job 1st song, B+, loved her 2nd song.

Jimmy re Joshua....very impressed 1st song, impressed with 2nd song too. If he voted out, something is wrong to the whole ball of wax etc. Jimmy can be very funny at times.

Hollie....Bottom 3 ( poor ole Hollie)

Joshua.....safe

No expense spared on Katy Perry's performance.

She's tired herself out already though.

I'm glad Joshua is safe. He was a fav of mine in the auditions. He is great.

Would it be fair to say that Katy Perry is 'pitchy'?

Don't think much of this song from K.Perry....her voice sounds very weak...

I always find an over-elaborate production, loads of dry ice, and backing dancers, an effective smokescreen for a limited vocal ability. Style ove substance!

Katy Perry still can't sing good live, shame because the song isn't too bad.

Is this song basically a 'f**k you' to Russell Brand.

I reckon he knew that hence filing for divorce before the release and seemingly ahead of the planned announcement (by her PR?)

predictable so far. could be Philip in the bottom three, doubt it would be Skylar, although she is not my favourite. She was better than Philip last night, I am just not a fan of the country music, she is more memorable than Philip. I find him forgettable performance and vocally.

Looking at how it was all staged, reminded me of a fitness dvd.

How is Peter Bore Andre still going?

Can't the far more likeable average pop star Olly Murs just take over his ITV2 place now?

Skylar and Phillip the last two to be decided.

The judges loved Skylar, they'll probably be mad if she's bottom three.
Phillip was rather off last night I felt, apparently he was ill though.

Skylar in bottom three
Phillip safe.........again

How about next series we have just ugly guys taking part? lol

Skylar saved immediately from the bottom three.
Yeeks Elise is massive next to Hollie.
Elise going home, Hollie safe.
