Hi all

Just wondering which hard disk drives have been used for replacement in their Humax PVRs.

The general recommendation appears to be the Seagate Pipeline series:

Does anyone have any experience in using the WD AV-GP series?

...or the WD AV-25?

It would help if you told us which Humax PVR; the recommendations change with model.

The 9200T does not really work with the WD AV's. The Problem is trying to wake them up.

Well I replaced my drive in my 9150 with a WD AV and it's just reset itself and wiped half the recordings. Don't know if it a one off due to the fact it wiped recordings I transferred from an old hard drive. I posted about it here: http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showthread.php?t=1652921
