Nice people like it. IMO she could be a nice shake up musically and lyrically in r&b and hip hop. Far more creative than some of her contemporaries *Nicki* - I was a stan but PF RR was a mess.

Sounds great. Best bit is at 8 mins - 8.10. Belter of a voice there. Good for her.

I'm not really a fan or RnB or rap music but Misha B was the contestant I enjoyed the most on last year's 'X Factor'. Judging by this mixtape, I'm definitely interested to see what her album will be like.

Queue the usual "She's going to be global... this is going straight on the billboard and she's going to sell out stadiums" brigade.

Its incredible. So much talent.

Queue the usual "She's going to be global... this is going straight on the billboard and she's going to sell out stadiums" brigade.
She shows great potential though. I think its great but she really needs to be careful and not fall into the trap of being a Nicki Minaj clone which is a label she might end up getting.

And if she does...your point is? If Ms Perry and Rihanna and Bieber can do it and she has more talent than all of them, why can't she? She's a natural star.

Talent has nothing to do with becoming global... It's about the men in suits behind the scenes pulling strings and getting them on the popular tv shows and radio stations. Most of it has nothing to do with the artists input. And what talent or natural star are you talking about? She can certainly sing... But what makes her different to everyone else?

Her ideas. She's fresh. She has a great sense of creativity. She won't be a rehash of something else. In terms of natural star, I'm on about her performing. It's like she was born to do it. As long as the men in suits do their job she'll be fine. And lucky for her, as she is in the hip hop field and not on Syco, she might have more free reign than any other XF act.

What ideas? What's fresh? And what creativity? Did she write everything herself? Unless you're in the studio with her then how on earth would you know?

Good god, with some of those quotes you sound like Louis Walsh.

The arrangement of the RITD cover as an example, it's unlikely that any producer did that, using XF history as proof. She did write all her raps too. Her style ideas and how she performs. Fresh in the sense that she's not a clone of someone else ie. Nicki and Lil Kim. Misha has a chance to be successful and be unique too. Disagree if you wish.

I guess we'll wait and see... but we hear what you just said on her said about every artist in the industry.

I love her version of Rolling in the deep. I have seen so many covers done of that song over the last year and a bit but my god, hers is the best I have come across and she tries to do it so much like Adele's.

i was a bit annoyed with some of her supporters last year. every week they were suggesting how much better she was compared to the original artists for almost every cover she did on x factor. everyone is welcome to an opinion, but the way some opinions were asserted was rather arrogant and showed no respect whatsoever for the singers that penned rather personal lyrics.

back to misha though. she does without a doubt have the talent and initiative to stand on her own and i think she was the biggest talent to come from last year`s series. the mixtape is a great idea to generate positive buzz around her and keep her name circulating. personally, i think its brilliant and cant wait to hear what else she has to offer.
