What vegetables do you use that stir fry really well? I usually do bell pepper, snow peas, baby corn and carrot. Sometimes cherry tomatoes too.

Bean sprouts, kale, spinach, onion, spring onions and bok choi all stir fry well.

I use onions, carrots, peppers, cabbage, celery - they are usually the only veg I have in the fridge.

load of things. in addition to the above we do

brocolli, courgette, mushrooms, asparagus

you can pre-steam some veg to soften them first, as some of them take a long while to stir fry.

i would think you could put pretty well anything in a stir-fry medley
