Me too. Given the choice I wouldn't be listening to Capital at work. Especially not for 10 hours! Their playlist consists of around 12 songs, it's ridiculous.
A lot of the people that I listen to have never seen chart success (Best Coast, Laura Marling, First Aid Kit, Sia). I use Grooveshark and Youtube to find new music.





Were radio stations always paid by record companies to play certain songs?
