Can I connect a free view digibox wirelessly to a TV to avoid running cables across the room? Can anyone recommend a good combination of kit?

You can use a video sender. But to be honest the best thing you can do is extend the aerial cable so the box is next to the TV. You will get a better and more reliable picture that way. And it is a hell of a lot cheaper to boot
