Definitely nervous this task! It was probably my favourite, but I think the end products are so evenly matched!

Slightly nervous. This wasn't my favourite task if I'm honest but I feel I did a good job in this task.

Viveza, let's start with you. How was Zak as a PM in this task? And how do you feel the task went for you overall?

Zak was an absolutely brilliant PM. I know I said this last week but I repeat it this week, definitely the best PM I have worked under so far.

The task went surprisingly well. I do think that we didn't 'research' as much as I wouldn't liked to at the very beginning, but that was partly because I pitched my 'area of research' (Survival Horror genre) first and had already planned my idea and they were all sold immediately. The end product is something that I am really proud of!

I think Zak was a good pm for the first day, as we discussed the task and he was managing well. But i do feel there was a lack of communication over the next couple of days, with no discussions as a group.

I think the task went well, we came up with a great game idea and we all went off on our tasks, and our end product was great.

So Carlisle was the one who came up with the idea you chose? Were there other ideas thrown into the mix? And was the decision to go with that one a unanimous one?

There were some ideas including one where a team of four would be stranded on a island and they had to fight off monsters and animals similar to lost. But i do think it was a unanimous decision to go with the idea.

Yeah, it was my idea. And there were a few adaptions of the survival genre that I had looked at as well as looking at potential racing games, puzzles and a first person shooter - but from the moment after I finished pitching my idea it was pretty much a unanimous idea.

Carlisle was very enthusastic with his idea at the beginning and I, and both Justin and Naruto, were very much so in favour of the idea - so yes, it was unanimous.

Okay, and to Reflections - how was Louise as PM? And how did the task go for you?

I thought the task went quite well I’m happy with the overall result we had.

I don’t think Louise was a good PM though. It took ages to make decisions, I disagreed with quite a lot of decisions on this task, I don’t think she was very decisive and she delegated a lot of the tasks to others and didn’t really do much herself. However, I do think in comparison to the past two days she was stronger today. But in terms of her project management today I don’t feel it made up for the past two days and it was a case of too little too late.

I feel overall it went well. I really enjoyed the task itself and it was fun to play around with some concepts and put the idea together. So overall, it was a good task.

I think Louise was an excellent PM - she had a very clear idea of what she wanted, was really organized, put a lot of work in and did an all round amazing job.

Louise, do you think this is a fair assessment?

Louise was an absolutely fantastic PM, she stuck to her guts throughout, and acted as a friend/guidance throughout the whole process. I agreed with every decision made, and I don't think anyone could've done a better job!

The task went really well, there were some arguments between Louise and Katie throughout the task, about silly little things such as Wii consoles, but asides from that, it went really well! Gav was absent this afternoon, and missed the pitch, so that was another downside!

I think the difference between these two statements is ridiculous.

No, not at all.

I'm not surprised at all about Katie's assessment due due the fact she's been uncooperative despite admitting she doesn't know much about video games. I even backed up my reasons for not using her ideas.

This is one of the worst assessments I've seen for any PM so far and I think it's totally unfair.

I don't think anyone on our team would agree with this, tbh, and I'm not entirely sure where Katie has these issues? Louise was great, easily the best PM I've had so far, and I never experienced any of the problems with Louise Katie says she has.

I do think Louise made lots of wrong decisions personally. Obviously, Jess doesn't agree and she's entitled to her own opinion. I just disagree with it.
