This task, I was the ONLY person to bring an idea to the table - This is wrong as i bought a idea to the table but it was shot down immediately before i could explain it properly.

Alright well I can't really defend myself too adequately as I am on my phone. I can't really see what parts of my plot were removed. So, I will accept my fate. And while Carly is "disgusted" by me, I wish both him and Zak luck, because I still maintain my respect and care for both of them as teammates and friends.

I understand, Zak.
I think Naruto is REALLY lucky here, because honestly I think Naruto should have gone for his lack of contribution. However - this sort of applies to Justin too, so I hope he gets fired because Zak (up till the BR) was a good PM. |

I also didn't want that to sound like a resignation I just can really type too extensively on here!

I think this is unfair. I voiced my opinion about the unfairness of the delegation of the tasks but the PM left it the way it was so its not my fault.
Naruto, I would advise that you count your blessings and leave the boardroom.

As Mr XcX doesn't remember me posting this; I would just like to post the 'evidence' of Justins lies in this boardroom. Quote:

Most importantly, it's a survival idea that follows by the rules of the 'Last Man Standing' genre. It'll hopefully be able to use the 'in' franchise of the year so far, 'The Hunger Games' as an advantage to get more people interested in this sort of a game. Theoretically (this is all open for debate, I guess) - there'll be 8-12 map types, these would range from jungle, ruins, island, inner-town/city and perhaps even like, a massive university campus or something (although that might not be a great idea because the Columbine Massacre was thought to be done sort of due to the guys having an obsession with a custom map of a school in DOOM lol). Anyway - without going off on tangents - there would be two variations of the game. One is pretty single player material with you being against 24/29 (for 25 or 30 competitors) computer characters which would be randomised and given random names, like 'Sean' or 'Josephine' etc. These would be pretty quick and can be paused - probably wouldn't last more than an hour or two. These single player games can be saved at any time and continued at a later date without any changes being made. The concept of the game is to survive, basically, be the last man standing. Battle Royale/The Hunger Games/Roman Empire gladiator matches are all pretty good examples of how this would work. There would be different ways to play; would you hide? Would you go on a killing spree and kill (or try to) every person you bump in to? Would you form alliances with other people (strategy). All of this would be randomised with the computers - however they would not be able to ask you for an alliance, they would have to be approached peacefully (without a gun/weapon equipped in a combat/stance mode). You can then choose to backstab, obviously as only one can 'win'. The weapons would be totally randomised between 25/30 types. So you might get lucky and get given a Uzi 9mm or a double-barrelled shot gun, or something perhaps not as glamorous like a small machete or a kitchen knife. Blunt weapons like nunchucks could also be used (I ~love~ nunchucks). There'd be a 'training' mode for people to learn how to fight with the different weapons pre-game. The aim is for realism; so ammo WOULD eventually run out (so use the ammo wisely) however there would be ammunition hidden around the map. The second game mode would be multiplayer. You can choose to join games of 10, 20 and 25 people and each person will join the survival game. Unlike the single player version, this would be live and therefore can't be paused/saved (obviously). From this you would obviously need to try and play as actively as possible - similar to online MW games etc. However there would be 'hiding' spots where you can go offline for up to 24 hours before being kicked out of the hiding spot (your character would just stand still; being a free kill basically). To prevent abuse of this system you wouldn't be able to use the same spot twice. Also, there'd be a set amount of time you can have for 'rest' time so it can't be abused further haha. There'd be a health like stance to the game. You'd start with a small amount of food & water and would need to eat/drink throughout the game. More food/water would be hidden around the map, as well as rivers/water sources for the water to be collected. Do you have what it takes to be the last man standing? |

All right, so we've heard that you contributed plot ideas (even if they were removed) and co-wrote the pitch/created the logo. Taking into account everything you contributed, do you believe that you were one of the foremost contributors to the task?

Just another defense; of a team of confessed gamers (myserlf included) I think it's pretty RIDICULOUS that only I had a properly developed idea - and Naruto had an idea which was Lost in a Game. (Lost Via Domus has already been done.) [I'm actually going now lolol, omg, my mums gonna KILL me] |

Carly I am sorry I missed the idea, and I said I might have raised objections but I ultimately thought food and water were necessay for the idea, so I supported it.
Ana, I'm not going to lie - If you are firing based solely on contribution I take responsibility! |

Thats my pm with my idea because Justin missed it. It CLEARLY mentions about sfood/drink so his 'If I knew about it I would've raised objections' is a clear lie and pretty pathetic, to be honest. I may have got fired up earlier but I would NEVER go as far as to lie to make myself look better and sorry Justin, but I have lost respect for you for doing that! |

None of his campaign plot ideas were removed from the pitch he made. Just to get that straight.

(Lost Via Domus has already been done.) [I'm actually going now lolol, omg, my mums gonna KILL me] Whilst I was openly disappointed with the Hunger Games idea, I'll admit that it was pretty much the only one put forth. And for that reason, Carlisle, as well as your clear passion for this competition, I'm going to give you another chance in this process.
I'm also, however, going to give you a warning. Aggressiveness in the boardroom will not get you much further in this process, and nor will a blithe lack of concern for the brief. Good luck in the next task. |

This means, Zak and Justin, that one of you will be fired today.
Why should it not be you? |

This means, Zak and Justin, that one of you will be fired today. Why should it not be you? I have been a damn good member in this process and this task hasn’t changed that. I can say with perfect confidence that had I not been PM that there is no chance I would be in this boardroom, unfortunately. I think the role of PM has been blown completely out of proportion; it doesn’t make my opinion more valid than others. Yes, it’s my choice to who does what and to bring the group together, I did that very well. After we had an idea, the tasks were delegated as equally as possible and I asked if anybody had any questions about them and people seemed fine with what they had. I even took into consideration of what tasks people wanted to do. In every task, I have been one of the, if not the most reachable within the tasks. As mentioned earlier, I was even a "brilliant" PM in the eyes of Carlisle, a "good" PM according to Naruto and a "great" PM is what Justin described. Also, and perhaps most important, I have worked the hardest out of almost everybody in this competition. I should not be fired. |

I feel as though I contributed the most to making the idea original and therefore was the only reason we blatantly didn't rip off the hunger games.

All right, I've made my decision.
Zak, whilst I think you've performed solidly as a team member both in this task and throughout the process, you seem to be disclaiming responsibility for the failure of this task, when as PM the decisions were entirely down to you. You could have stepped in and changed the task-losing concept at any time, but you chose not to. Justin, I'm impressed that you seem to have picked up on the biggest issues with this concept, but aside from that, I find myself questioning just what you've brought to the table, both in this task and in previous ones, and that makes me wonder if you're a good fit for this process. |

And I don't feel I have skated by - especially on the past 2 tasks I was very accessible and contributed well (tasks 3 and 4). I did have a lot of RL stud going on this weekend so I am sorry I never alerted anyone of it, but I also don't want to make excuses for absences this week.

Taking everything into consideration...
Justin, with regret, you're fired. You've done very well to get this far, but I'm not sure about your passion for this competition, and I don't want to hire somebody who isn't willing to fight their corner. Good luck in your future endeavours. |

Thank you! I appreciate everything you have given me in my time here. Congrats and good luck to everyone still in! As much respect as he has lost for me, I would also like publicly to apologize to Carly once more, as I feel a lot of my words and actions were Uncharacteristic of me and I don't like to be made out (or portray myself) as a liar, so I hope we as individuals can move past this misunderstanding!

The next task will be announced on either Thursday or Friday; candidates can let me know which day would be preferable, if they like.

I'm away all Friday sorry. I know that's a major inconvience and I do apologise for it but Saturday morning start would probably suit me better if possible as I don't wanna miss a full day of the task particularly the beginning. Sorry to be such inconvience.
