Me and my BF were sitting in a café in London ordering our breakfast and I look over and I see a girl that looks like Katie sat with a group of about 8 or 9 friends. I say to my BF "is that Katie from the apprentice over there?" in a subtle kinda way. He turns around, looks over and shouts and points at her "IT IS HER!" lol.

Anyway we said hi and that we liked her on the show and thought she got a bad edit. Didn't want to bother her too much so we sat down and ate our breakfast and left.

Some highlights of her conversation with her friends..

Katie: "I really hate ......., he'll order a burger and chips, then eat just the burger, then have the chips. Why don't you eat a bit of both as you're going through the meal?"

Katie: "Do we have to order our food or do they come to us? It's a bit off they put is in our own room (it wasn't their own room, just a downstairs area) and then just leave us here."

As we were leaving my BF said "bye Kate"..and one of her obnoxious friends said "Its Kat-IE"..we felt like turning round and saying "whatever, we want Ricky to win anyway!"

Oh well, thought I'd share our experience with you anyway lol.

Overall she seemed quite nice, good sense of humour, she was certainly the centre of attention in her group of friends and did most of the talking. Of course I didn't know the following episode she'd get booted off

So, her friend corrected your boyfriend, and not Katie herself?

Sounds like they need to keep their mouth shut. Probably acting all protective and BFFish now their friend has been on TV.

This is the first time I have been tempted to respond to comments made against me on Digital Spy.

I felt that I was nothing but pleasant to you. My friends/family were there to support me through the filming of the Dara show and we were having a social breakfast.

I was joking about the private room- hardly thought I was getting any form of VIP treatment at a small Cafe with leaking ceilings!

You quote about me 'hating' my husband for the way he eats his food is quite hateful. I was obviously joking. But 'yeah' it annoys me that he eats his burger before his chips- it is a funny argument we have all the time where I suggest that he eats mince, tomatoes, onions and pasta separately and call it spaghetti bolognaise.

I must confess that my friend correcting you on my name was rude and you probably would have heard me say that to her.

On the whole though... I am not sure I quite deserve my conversations with my friends posted here. I thought we had a nice little chat!?

If this is genuinely you, then please post something on your twitter account which could confirm your identity. Perhaps code. "The monkeys are purple, but never last Tuesday", maybe. No offence, but we get a lot of people claiming a lot of things round here, and it's wise never to take anything like this (or, indeed, the OP) at face value.

That said, if it really is you, then you should know that I wanted you to win. And, if you haven't read them, you should definitely read monkseal's recaps of the episodes, first one here. When people get fired, their picture is replaced with something that represents them. Yours is a ninja.

Just wanted to say you were my Favourite( and many others) candidate from the start as the polls on here can show and was gutted when you were fired in last weeks show.

I thought you contributed well to all the tasks and were brought back into the boardroom unfairly on more than one occasion.I think the others just started to think that if they brought you back enough times...eventually you would go..regardless of task effort

Oh, I was hoping this was about the ORIGINAL KATIE i.e. Hopkins. Now she would be far more interesting in a cafe.

You keep drawing me back in- and I am not supposed to speak about this! Eeekk! Honestly, I didn't know the girls didn't like me!- sound stupid? I am still friends with a lot of them! I think they thought I was their comfort blanket in week two- so thought they were safe. When lord sugar insisted Jane bring the right people back - they panicked and the default was to say "I'm not as crap as Katie" ... I suppose I will never really know! Maybe they all have voodoo dolls of me- I dont usually have problems getting on with people so I hope it was 'competition' over 'hatred'. Does that make any sense??

Wow, it's Katie Wright! What was the whole experience like? How long did it actually take to film the six weeks you were in the show for? Who did you ghet on with and not get on with?Anyway, even if you dont reply to this, you were a great contestant, and I did think you would get further!
