Dried Spices - Mixes & Dry Glazes
My partner has just come back from the USA and bought back a selection of spices and dry glazes for meat and vegetables. They are amazing full on flavour!.
Have found some good spices here - there were some Scottish ones I had which were really good although the name escapes me. But generally they do seem to be a bit lacking in flavour and variety Just wondering then any UK recommendations ? |

I have a full spice rack and other spices hiding in cupboards and usually knock up my own.
I do have some of the standard mixes though such as five spice, garam masala, cajun etc. |

When I used to visit the states I always brought back spice mixes - I love blackening spices especially. They do tend to have a high salt content though so I generally lay off the salt if I am using an american spice mix.
