I've always wondered why soaps haven't done that kind of storyline, actually. I mean, obviously, they would, rightly, have the therapy fail. But still.

It's kinda shocking people still think like that in this day and age. And that other guy's story was horrific.

There's an article in Inside Soap about Ste and Doug's kiss. They've spoken to Kieron but he doesn't say much that we haven't heard before.

About Brendan he says, "Brendan will always be in the mix, which is really exciting. Doug's been involved in dodgy deals with Brendan, so the pair of them have a dark past as well. There's so much stuff coming up that I really want to tell you about - but I've been sworn to secrecy, so can't!"

Yeah, I've always wondered the same thing, actually. I mean, they've had people try "be" straight, like Brendan with Lynsey, but never had what that man was talking about on This Morning.

Yeah, I fail to understand how a person can think like that, if I'm honest. It just baffles me.

And yeah, it really was. He looked so insulted and upset, too, when that idiot was talking. Bless him.

They also have a, "day in the life of Kieron," type thing, and that day that he was in his car listening to Cheryl Cole, later on they were apparently filming something special that he's, "dead excited," about with 40 extras, and it'll be onscreen in six weeks.

Syed had therapy, I think it was only a couple of episodes, it was awful and it failed of course and it's what led to them getting together properly.

I can't remember whether we know if Emmett was in or not, though.

Yep, Syed had therapy - I remember thinking at the time that it was handled well. It was quite upsetting actually - I felt really sorry for him (well, not him exactly, being fictional, but people in a similar situation).

I don't blame PJ at all - him telling Stendan fans that they won't feel shortchanged isn't his fault, he's just guessing. He's only an actor - if this was ES then maybe I'd be annoyed.

I feel like they did a lousy job of building up Doug's feelings, and while I'm looking forward to Dynsey scenes, I'll feel a bit weird about it all as I so wanted them to be in a relationship.

I still believe that Stendan will get back together, though. My biggest problem is the lack of feelings shown on Ste's part. I don't understand why they can't even be bothered to show that.

But I honestly feel like Stug will have their happiness, Ste will be conflicted, and it's back to Stendan for good.

Mm, yes. I felt sorry for people in that situation, but not necessarily Syed.
