How do you know if a series on iTunes is eligible for 'complete my season''?
Hi I have bought a few shows on iTunes and some shows automatically give you a complete my season. Recalculated price and others don't.
I bought once upon a time episodes hoping it would offer this as I can't afford to buy the whole season in one., but it's not offering a cheaper price to complete. I wish iTunes would say if this is eligible, does anyone have any advice? Cheers |

Most episodes of current or recent TV series appear on Itunes UK after, not before, they are first shown on a TV channel in the UK. This is so that the makers can get the maximum revenue from the TV rights.
So in the case of Once Upon A Time, the full first season will not finish airing in the States until 13 May and in the UK until, probably, August or so. There are 22 episodes in that season and Channel 5, the UK TV rights holder, has shown around 6 of them, so has 16 or so to go. It is therefore likely that "complete my series/season" will be available for this title on Itunes after August. Hope that helps. |
