Broken Playbook
Hi
My Playbook is broken!! its not been charging properly for a few weeks now and all of a sudden the plug wont fit in the micro usb thingy! Ive only had it for about 8 weeks so im not impressed! i didnt take out the extra warranty on it either!! Should the store i got it from replace it or would i have to deal with Blackberry direct?? Any advice would be brill! |

There have been a lot of complaints about the micro-USB connector being very fragile. As long as it's still under warranty they should fix it.
The alternative is to charge via a docking station - but that's fairly expensive for a lump of plastic. |

You've only had it for 8 weeks matey, so take it back to the store and explain to them. Don't take no for an answer if they try to fob you off!
