Arg was an utter pig to Lydia tonight. The silly ars* can't have his girlfriend and his ex being friends. So he wades in and shouted Lydia down. I don't know why Lydia bothers.

Whatever Lydia did or didn't say she's not as bad as Arg who can't seem to get over the fact that Gemma is a larger lady and he can't stop put his big gob in it.

This show might be watchable if it was just Lucy, she is the only genuinly attractive girl in it and at least a billion times hotter than any of the other swamp donkeys in it.

Team Arg, he knows how to treat a woman. You all seen how Gemma was with Charlie, she abused him, needs a man like Arg to keep her in check, and Lydia got out of line and got put back in line- class!

I found the Lauren's confrontation cringy. It was so obvious LG had been back stabbing Popey hence her walking off crying.

Arg is absolutely vile. Whether it was Lydia’s business or not to speak to Gemma the manner in which he spoke to her was so completely uncalled for. Shouting ‘Let me finish and then you can speak’ and then not letting her speak at all.

He’s clearly a bully with an eye for a person’s vulnerabilities. Why else does he keep going on about Gemma’s weight and implying that Lydia isn’t enough to satisfy a man sexually.

Not really feeling this series at all. I honestly think Lauren Gs time on the show is done while her and Tom seem ok she's sorta just thrown in there every now and then and doesn't appear to actually be friends with anyone.
I could actually see a Gemma/Mick thing maybe happening after last nights ep.

I hope not! Mick is far too nice for Gemma. He's one of the most genuine people on the program and he could do alot better than her.

He's awful now and he deserved the telling off he got from Lydia he wants a woman he can boss around!!

I kind of liked Arg in the very beginning but now we're seeing his true colours, he really isn't a nice person at all. Gemma shouldn't bother with him, he wouldn't care.

I'd like to see more of Chloe, Frankie, Billi, Cara and little Chris.

I really like Chloe. She's a bit thick at times but she's probably the only truly decent girl in the whole show (and Frankie). I don't think she's ever had any drama.

Speaking of Arg....he just makes me feel sick the way he treats others. He's such an oaf.

Little Chris is probably the nicest male in the show. He is really growing on me.

Arg is repulsive. He used to be OK, but clearly the fame has gone to his head. He needs to take a good, long hard look at himself in the mirror before criticising others. Mind you, Gemma is just as appalling so they are a match made in heaven.

Gemma used to be so confident but Arg will slowly nit pick until she's sitting in her shell. Get out while you can Gemma. Dump him!

I dont think she has ever really been confident. She says she is but her demeanor says different.

I actually dont think Arg has said too much out of line. He pays her a lot of compliments but she only picks up on what she sees as negative.

Arg/Gemma got the cover of Heat last week, it's all about the mags, money and airtime with them in my opinion

Wow so much hate for Arg, where are all the objective people here? Arg is a vunerable, insecure person whose trying to grow as a person and become this confident, alpha male, however he projects all of his issues on to women and comes off as hurtful and manipulative. He just hasn't dated anyone thats right for him yet. The women are just as much part of the problem, Lydia and Gemma are enablers as they let him walk all over them so of course he's going to get worse. It's like leting an alcoholic drink all the time.

I personally like Arg on this show, compared to Tom P or Tom K or Mario who are all so boring. Arg carries the show, he has personality, charm and character. Without Arg, Towie would be a ratings disaster. I love the kid and so many guys look up to him. I'm proud he's no longer the wimpy number 2 guy we saw on series 1-3.

Good post on Arg above, hes very watchable, doesnt care what people think, always having a laugh. The good looking men are dumb, shallow and hollow. He's really nice guy, it appears his haters on here have self image and relationship issues of their own and simply vent on this forum aiming it all at poor loveable Arg.
