I think this is the key point. They were going on about it being fake and all set up by the producers, yet they still had the big shouting match (just them shouting, mind - Chris just sat there) as if it was real! So either they are fake (well, I know what I think!) or Chris really did do or say something, and didn't just "not get involved".

I can't see the tweets that Mario and Lucy said it was fake, did they delete it?

Marios tweet about it being fake was about an argument him and little Chris had ages ago was it not? I'm sure when he tweeted it (weeks ago) he meant a previous argument and not this one?

Edit : found the tweet, which was last month and therefore not relating to the recent argument last night so maybe that one was real? Anyway why would they want to come back to a show that's 'faker than Corrie'?! Fame whores.

Well if you think about it, should they ever open a shop, like Sam+Billie / Lydia / Lucy / Joey, it's fabulous publicity is it not ? .... I'd like to hazzard a guess that most of these will make more money from these shops than your average wage earner. Given the opportunity, I would want that publicity for my business, wouldn't you? ... you'd be stupid not to, imo.
Free national publicity for your own bisiness ... I would have thought that was a no brainer.

I really think being with Mario has ruined Lucy as before that I liked her even if she was only ever in it to hookup with Mark. Now I hope the producers tell her and Mario where to go

The tweets were about the whole Mario cheating scandal+Chris being pissed off at Mario for always making fun of him.

It was definitely Mario who tweeted them. Then he took a break which is either because he felt the whole situation between Lucy/Chris was too much OR the producers took them out like Lauren G for slagging them off.

I still don't know what to believe because that big argument scene last night looked real. You can tell the real arguments from the fake ones pretty easily on TOWIE. Mario can't fake emotion like he did last night...I don't think.

I really don't want TOWIE back till October now. Their idea of making it a more weekly soap and having series breaks for 2 months hasn't worked. They need to work on the idea of the direction of the show and sorting out the cast. In my opinion, Made in Chelsea has got a lot better then TOWIE, Geordie Shore is very good but more in a different category to TOWIE and MIC. The cast should be cut to 10 and we focus on 10 then lots of little characters who don't contribute over all.

Yes I think a rethink is due - this series wasn't as good as the early ones.

I would get rid of angry Ricky (who I still think is gay), have less of Mario but more of Frankie, Chloe and Popey.

Gemma is good value as she is the sort of character you can love one week and dislike the next. Same as Bobby really.

Not keen on Danni and Jasmin so could happily lose that pairing but maybe they will improve.

Usually I feel sorry for people having a break-up but since I've gone off Lucy I just hope she now realises it was Mario trying to ruin their relationship rather than other people and apologises to Little Chris.
