Someone should tell them that “Coming Soon” on an oft-shown trailer so close to air-date only serves to irritate, not tantalise.

I wonder how many ads they’ll manage to jam in the episodes this time, exceeding the allowed limits just like last season?

They are not actually allowed to publicly reveal airdates for programmes more than 2 weeks in advance. And that airdate has only just been confirmed today so they'll probably update the ad soon to include the start date.

I remember it airing on Sundays last year for the first season, followed by some awful horror film each week. Quite enjoyed those six Sundays, lol.

Homeland works really well on a Sunday night, as i finally something to talk about on mondays. Monday is a crap time for me, hopefully it'll be moved if they get series 3

If so then they could’ve been trailing it with date from 00.00 on the 1st. As of yesterday night they’re still not. Still, this is Five so expecting competence and viewer orientated conduct is clearly expecting too much.

I posted the retro style titles for Walking Dead Season 2 on the other thread.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a8z_dJoWjP4

It does show short clips from the second season, so if you are a total purist about spoilers do not view it, otherwise I found it very funny.

Really? Seems like a strange regulation. Why is that?

There is an industry wide embargo in place.

Stick with it as the first half of the season is quite slow but the last half is amazing!

"The Search for ? was way, way too long and drawn out"

1) you've just said a character goes missing

2) It takes up a lot of time

That is a spoiler

You shouldn't be saying anything about it in this thread. The title makes it clear that it's a channel 5 paced discussion.

Densino, you might want to avoid quoting the spoilers.

Ooops sorry - I have honestly tried going back and putting spoilers in but it won't let me edit.

Sorry - in my book - that is NOT a spoiler - but for future reference - I will put in spoilers) AND - thank you for the person who managed to put a spoiler in my original post. And - once again - apologies - didn't realise how stringent your spoiler policy was on DS.

What is with people and posting spoilers? I saw a spoiler of the big finale, and now people are dropping spoilers whilst complaining about the posting of spoilers....
(Apologies if that sound pissy, i'm just fed up of having bits of season 2 contiously ruined before I've even seen the first episode...)

For anyone who hasn't seen this on FX, and enjoyed the first season, all I can say is you won't be disappointed!

A slow burner, but action packed in equal measure. I can honestly say that I wasn't disappointed by any of the episodes in season 2, even if not all of them have zombies ripping people apart

Spoiler

It got an 18 on DVD, so safe to assume it's gonna be violent. And according to the BBFC it contains
Spoiler
. Season 1 contained "strong violence and gore", so I'd assume more hardcore zombie killing action takes place. And of course they can't just shoot them, they have to kill them in more imaginative ways...
