A closing piece to camera from Josie, with a little joke at the end. In the studio, they are all laughing Fern says “She is so brilliant isn’t she”.

It’s another great VT (stands for video tape) from Josie, really funny and interesting. She is such a natural and does a really good job.”

She looked great, and these reports are so good! She's getting great experience in a forum in which she feels comfortable. Also thanks so much to Cazie for putting these up so those of use who don't live in the UK can see them.

I've seen the pics enough, I don't want to find anymore. And what happened last time was NOT lucky. More like scary and thought about having a policeman watch me walk to my car. #willnevergotothatwalmartagain!

Yes thanks but im shattered now, 5 hours shopping and 3 hours driving, had to get the stuff for sian's Uganda trip, got most of it!
Son had managed to unload the dishwasher and cut a few hedges, none of the animals had water so i have just rushed round filling bowls, feet up time soon, just clearing up from dinner..phew.

It has been boiling hot here again today - work was total misery, even with all the windows open and 5 fans on

I was almost a greasy spot by hometime

Finding it really hard to sleep at night - last night especially. I almost popped in to tc, but thought I'd best not get distracted lol! I was still awake at 4 a.m. and was almost crying when the alarm went off at 7

So, early night for me tonight!

MOGIE! We miss you! Hope you cool down out there. Josie was fantastic on Live on Five today! She has improved so much and it's so enjoyable to watch.

You should have come to TC, Nimz's talk about politics would have put you to sleep.

MY WOBBLY BITS HAVE MADE ME INSECURE IN THE BEDROOM.

Its week two off the booze and the fags and Im feeling brilliant. I've got so much done - I've been painting the house, started my diet and made a business plan.

I've decided to open a beauty salon, I want to bring a bit of TOWIE to Bristol. I've been hiding away a bit though, I know I'm a big old goose, and I need to lose weight, but I was mortified when I saw pics of me in a bikini.

I asked lukey if he was enbarressed and he said no and that I was really pretty, bless him. I've also swithched my ring tone to Do ya think I'm sexy to give myself a boost.

Since we have stopped drinking me and Lukey have been getting on better than ever. We've been out walking Roxy for miles, and even joined a proper ghost hunting company.

Things still aren't up to scratch in the bedroom, but thats more about me and my weight insecurities than about him.

I've told him to prepare himself though - when I get thin I will be naked all the time.....
