My brother in law sells cleaning products bowls brooms brushes etc and has made a good living from it for years.

Pitsea?? Oh dear. You have the whole of Essex and choose Pitsea. Not Basildon, Billericay or any number of places that would have been better.....but I'll probably end up eating those words
