After weeks waiting for Jade to do something great......she comes across as indecisive and slightly dumb.

How on earth was she kept in? Is her business plan good? How can she be taken seriously when she was indecisive about bringing people in and didn't replenish the stock that was selling well?!
I think i've finally fallen out of love with this show as it's silly seeing such awful contestants progress. It's just entertainment but it's becoming more obvious how unreal this show is now the prize has changed.

Jade wasn't a great PM, but Azhar is pretty useless IMO and deserved to be fired just as much if not more than Jade

I've watched every series and have to say that that was the worst PM performance I've ever seen. Sugar's made some wrong decisions but for me, the worst one. She was a wimp, bumbling, non-commital, didn't have the ability to step back and analyse, non-planning and indecisive. Really really bad and I don't even know how she was selected to go on the process when you've got so many thousands trying to get on.

Oh come on. Yes, she wasn't great, but there have been far, far worse PM performances than that. Alexa Tilley, Noorul Choudhurry, Melissa Cohen to name a few. Don't forget, they were only £100 off winning so she wasn't that bad.

Where shall I start?

she bumbled her way through everything with the do whatever it's up to you tactic.

Her particular bumbling over to who bring back in to the boardroom was thee worst display I've seen but that's just my opinion. The show's ruined anyway because it shouldn't any longer be called the Apprentice - it should be called the Partner and the tasks are no longer suited to the overall objective. Jade was woeful, indecisive and even though, yes they were only a 100 quid off winning, she got away with it and last night I thought Karren was a joke in her synopsis because she had a front line view of all of Jade's mistakes.

I wasn't arguing with you about Jade's performance. It was definitely the worst of the series. I merely made the point that there have been far worse performances. In Series 5, Noorul's PMship was so bad and he was miles worse than Jade last night.

ok, sorry wasn't arguing either, just disagreeing with you. For me, she had the whole screw up package. For me, she's also not got the likeability factor.

But she is damned sexy...

She seems to think that someone asking for her strategy is asking her what she's doing at the moment.

Azhar: 'what's the strategy for today?"
Jade: "I'm leaving this place"
Azhar: "fine, but can you run the strategy by me once more?"

i thought she stayed in because she looks like she should be good, although she thinks she is far better than she is and lacks charisma. i think people on here and possibly siralan are fooled by her sensible look. they have so many 'lookers' on there these days that sirlan probably assumed she must be there on merit
