People might try leaving it for several minutes, as when I connect with my VPN it was a good minute before the feed appeared.

I'm not sure i only downloaded it to watch this just now so might be a newer version or something i would say re-download it and see if that works.
Atm they seem to just be doing a pop quiz...

Yeah the picture quality will go to good then it'll go bad, hopefully they sort this out.

I think it dynamically changes depending on connection speed.
I'm on a VPN and the quality is consistently good.
