Terrible decision.

I agree. She definitely should have gone.

Possibly the worst decision so far. Shocking. She brought someone back who she admited within two seconds was the wrong call. That summed her up and she STILL survived -.-

Nah, right decision. Azhar is useless, what did he supply other than the word strategy?

Azhar was so annoying and sly, so glad he's gone.

Probably not much between the two, and she had avoided the final three up till now which probably bought her a lifeline. Unimpressed by both, the other guy in the final three looks a competent candidate with no obvious flaws.

I can't believe it - didn't like Azhar all that much but Jade should have been fired without a doubt.

Yup, Jade should have gone. What a farce. She didn't have a clue what she was doing.

It was gobsmacking! Azhar is not especially a great candidate but that task was ALL down to Jade! I can see why he's given her another chance but still gobsmacked!

Also I don't think giving him heads ups on their business plans should be allowed as a defence strategy in the boardroom.

She should be fired. For me, this episodes shows that she's actually more unlikeable than Jenna. She's not eloquent and rather dumb......she's in a different league compared to leading females of The Apprentice, such as Stella, Liz, Yasmina, Katie, Kate, Susan Ma, Helen, etc

His most exhaled majesty, Lord Alan of Sugar, is playing the long game. Yes Jade is useless and on the basis of the task deserved to be fired, possibly out of a cannon. But in the long run she might have the best business plan. His Lordship is not going to fire her if he believes she can make him loads of money in the long run. It's all about the endgame.

We saw him several times during this episode giving Jade good advice, which she ignored.

Shocking decision, there shouldn't have been any question of her remaining in the competition.

She came across completely amateur, like a person who has never done business before.

I wonder why Karren did not stick up for Azhar. She obviously saw it all. He should have stopped saying STRATEGY, but he had a fair point, she didn't have a clue what she was doing.

Is Karren doing the whole "girls are doing it for themselves" or whatever b/s again?

I've rather picked up the opposite - that she doesn't rate any of the girls. And who can blame her?

Jade was completely awful as PM. But, Azhar had reached the end of his shelf-life and was unlikely to contribute much more, so I was okay with the decision.

Quite a bit more than jade. Lord sugar could have ditched both.

She just looked so bored at the end. Bring back Marge! At least she looked interested.

there was no need for Jade to ignore Azhar at the end

Jaide was the main reason they lost the task.

However, Azhar was so limp in the boardroom he did not deserve to stay.

She certainly got away with it but he only has himself to blame.

To be fair, it felt like he wanted to go. He didn't really fight. Is The Apprentice scripted? I am getting the impression they kind of know they are going. Towards the end of last week, Katie looked like "whatever" before she got evicted.

I don't think it's scripted.

He did not really promote his good contributons or highlight her weaknesses. The thing is I think he did know what he meant by saying strategy but he did not show that in the boardroom. I have no idea what he thought but highlighting the decision with Tom should have been obvious.
