Tom = Classy = WOW!
When he got brought into the boardroom, he remained calm mostly. Wow. I was very impressed. With so many egos especially Jade's flying about today, it was a welcome surprise.
Hope he goes very far. Well done Tom!!! ![]() ![]()

With Tom you can see him thinking things through, where as the others jump in too quick and make mistakes. He was a good PM and although he is quiet I think LS can trust him more than any of the others.

He is, and I think that's the real reason Jade chose him. He was the only one who wouldn't completely sell her out in there.
I have to say I liked how he played it cool as a cucumber whilst the other two argued like children squabbling over toys |

He is very calm and collected! Even when he was PM he never once raised his voice. He often says the most sensible things but nobody listens!
I think he's great, him and Nick are my favourites. Along with Gabrielle.

I'm really backing him to win it, it's a smart bet. He hasn't put a foot wrong so far, seems to really understand the process and sharp enough not to take sides.

We need to see him be PM one more time and what he is like then to see if he really is The Real Deal kind of material.
So far he is the best out of this lot but he has been dining out on his win from the junk task generally and needs to be tested one more time and to perform and win good again for me to be more convinced of him. |

I'm really impressed with Tom too.
And he seems like someone I really wouldn't mind working with. My favourites are Tom and Gabrielle at the moment.

I've championed Tom for a while now
Last night was extraordinary, while querying the decision to bring him back in, he also understood Jade's quandary at having to choose from high contributers and said he didnt mind, to take the pressure of Jade and mentally knowing that there was no way Suger would fire him. Sugar pretty much ruled him out from the getgo which is a huge compliment to him. The only problems I see with Tom are firstly his age, no matter what happens, the younger candidates are picked on for being young and inexperienced, it happens so often, even when the younger candidates are outshining the older ones on a regular basis. Secondly, he's a little too serious, this did for Kate Walsh who was branded too robotic. He needs to show a more personable side to his character. There's nothing wrong with being serious in business, but he needs to show a bit of a sense of humour or Sugar wont want to work with him. |

All that matters to him is the viability of the business plan - and rightly so. Fun is a nice-to-have, but it's always just an optional extra. |

He was fab as team leader as well, very calm and collected but still able to put his point over firmly. Thought he handled himself really well last night.
And his eyes!

I've also championed Tom since the very early episodes. But I disagree he needs to show a bit of a sense of humour for Sugar. He only needs to do that to allow the viewer to warm to him as a potential winner. Stella English was hardly the queen of comedy, and neither were Tim Campbell or Michelle Dewberry or Yasmina Siadatan.

I wish he had more personality.
Or that we could at least see more of him, because they're getting so desperate to prove he's good they have to get the narrators out to tell us. Looks like he's almost on the verge of tears in next weeks preview of the boardroom. Don't really agree he looks calm collected, he always looks hot and bothered to me.

I do agree with you there, but its the sort of thing the interviewers, or Karren may bring up. Its what stopped Kate winning even though she had been superior to Yasmina - who also didnt have much of a personality as you say.
