It's becoming very clear that Jenna will make the Final 5. She has the "Natasha factor", and recently she has a rather good edit.

I think Laura has the potential to do better but she looked afraid in this task.

With her voice chainsaw throat she's unemployable.

She's my favourite along with Nick and Gabrielle, I was actually quite pleased that my 3 favourites where together this week.

I think all four girls have shown strengths and weaknesses.
Gabrielle wasn't a very good PM and has shown that her artistic and creative side can lead her down the wrong road (the junk shop task). But that creative side may have produced a business plan Sugar likes. Laura has actually been pretty competent most weeks, but floundered as PM. When she's stood out, it's mostly on the selling/presentation side rather than the leadership or creativity side. Jenna is a good saleswoman, especially with a product she knows and feels comfortable with. She was perhaps a little lucky as PM, but she didn't screw up there. Difficult however to erase her endless whining at the zoo on the first task. Jade has been quietly competent up till now, but like Laura blew it as PM. Overall, Gabrielle seems the most likely to progress of the remaining girls. But I hope it'll be Laura who goes furthest. |

I wouldn’t say Jade necessarily blew it as PM as they came out with a more than respectable result, the other team just pipped them. That shows she has potential.

I think once you get used to Jennas accent shes actually very competent and very good with people and shes being underestimated purely on her voice and because she is actually a nice person , people seem to be reviled for being nice these days

I agree. She annoyed me in the first couple of tasks by talking over everyone else but I can see that she is by far the strongest contender of all the girls.
She always puts her all into a task and doesn't hide behind others. |

I thought she was OK as PM last week, but she won largely because she allowed the team to make the big decisions for her - that's managing rather than leading. We know her commercial and financial skills aren't good, but then neither are Gabrielle's, and that is why people have finance managers. I had her in the bottom 3-4 to start with, but I think she's probably solid top 6 now. But not a finalist for me. |

Jenna did well last night, obviously selling womens products is her forte and she exelled at it in front of Nick.
I dont think she's strong enough in other area and I expect her to get fired at around the final 6 or 7. |
