Her honesty might have helped her case. Although it's lovely to have someone who never makes mistakes, such people don't actually exist. So what matters is how people deal with the mistakes they make. People who try to hide them are impossible to work with. The sooner a mistake is acknowledged, the easier it is to fix - and most mistakes can be fixed.
Ahem, have you met Tom?

Azhars attitude and the way he alienated himself from the others throughout was his downfall I think. Sugar looks for a team player and Azhar failed miserably on that point.

He sound like a broken record tonight and I am not surprised he bit the dust
I think he lost a little bit of confidence if he had the confidence in the beginning at all.
No doubt he has a business mind oterwise he would not be successful in his own business.
That constant uphill battle all people from minority have to go through in order to succeed did not help him either.
I am sure this will make him stronger and he will go on with his own business.
At least he did not beg as Tom rightly noted.

Azhar only has himself to blame for being fired as he failed to offer any real defence of himself in the boardroom.

He did not promote himself enough by selling his good contributions such as the point on locations and the sale of the bugs which he wanted more of when the stock was replenished. He understood what the best seller was and that logically that should be what the bulk of the buying should have been and that it had a big margin. I know what he meant by outlining the lack of strategy but he did not elobarate on it which is not enough.

He was not forceful enough in highlighting Jade's errors. Sugar himself highlighted two flaws which where hardly touched upon in the board room with the massive late price cuts and point on margins and the way Jade advised the stock to be purchased.

He also did not highlight how bad the decision to bring Tom back in was.

I still think Jade should have fired but he hardly fought to stay in the show but he let her walk all over him. She was there for the taking.
Like others, I still think there's more to the edit than meets the eye.

Something happened very early on (perhaps left out of the edit?) which caused him to go almost totally into his shell. He gave me the distinct impression that he wasn't enjoying it and didn't really want to be there. If that's true - and assuming there's some financial disincentive to contestants simply walking - I wouldn't be surprised if the production team wnated shot of him, as he was pretty poor television by the end.
