Laura to be the last female

In a not so great year I think she will be a shock finalist v Tom

You're kidding, right? I do actually like Laura but you could see the way that Sugar was looking at her in the boardroom this week. He was gunning for Jade to bring her back in, clearly thinking she was the other weak link instead of Tom though I'm not sure that's fair. She's not had a brilliant edit either I don't think.

I think she'll be gone within the next few weeks.

Jenna? Theyre all really weak this year, esp the females...

Even if she brought back Laura, she would not have been fired. Her, Tom and Adam did well in this task. Jade picked Tom because if she picked Laura she would have had Laura and Azhar to deal with, Tom was not got going to shout at her.

Risky move, but cleaver.

Not sure what Laura did that was particularly clever, other than not make waves and sell some stuff.

Jade's spectacular collapse under pressure that saw her bring in the best member of her team wasn't good tactics. Tom didn't shout at her (if Laura had, it would have played to her favour anyway), but he calmly stated that he thought she was at fault, and given that he is the most credible candidate currently his opinion carries weight. That Jade survived was incredible good luck, plain and simple.

Sugar's reasons for firing Azhar were prettty weak. 'People' don't listen to him? Well, given that the 'people' he were referring to were Jade and Adam, I don't see that as weakness. Adam doesn't even listen to Tom, he's so busy bigging himself up. If someone doesn't listen to a person asking reasonable questions, the fool is not the one doing the asking but the one doing the listening.

Having said that, I never saw Azhar as a finalist anyway, so no great loss. But having wondered previously about whether Jade was a contender, it's clearly a no now.

Gabrielle to be the last girl. She's the only one I believe will have a credible and attractive business plan.

I find Laura irritating, Bit of whiner and has made some bad decisions, notably her awful attempt at PM. I dont think she'll win, there are more stronger candidates than her.

Wasn't originally a fan of Laura but after last night, I've warmed to her. That's a total reversal of what I said about her in the early days so she's done a good job on turning me around, particularly with her sales technique.

I liked Laura at the start, but since she should have been fired for Junk Shop, I've gone off her more and more. I think Gabrielle will be the last woman standing; possibly Jenna, though.

Laura seriously? What has she done to merit that? Tom will win, but I think he will go up against the guy who was the winning PM in last nights episode

I reckon Gabrielle will be the last girl (but with absolutely no chance of winning) which I'm happy with as she seems a very nice girl but the boys consist of much stronger candidates.

Yes, she should have been fired in that task, but one can hardly blame her for not being fired!

I still like Laura. She seems a nice person and has been good on every task except the one where she was PM. Much like Jade.
