Not sure what Laura did that was particularly clever, other than not make waves and sell some stuff.
Jade's spectacular collapse under pressure that saw her bring in the best member of her team wasn't good tactics. Tom didn't shout at her (if Laura had, it would have played to her favour anyway), but he calmly stated that he thought she was at fault, and given that he is the most credible candidate currently his opinion carries weight. That Jade survived was incredible good luck, plain and simple.
Sugar's reasons for firing Azhar were prettty weak. 'People' don't listen to him? Well, given that the 'people' he were referring to were Jade and Adam, I don't see that as weakness. Adam doesn't even listen to Tom, he's so busy bigging himself up. If someone doesn't listen to a person asking reasonable questions, the fool is not the one doing the asking but the one doing the listening.
Having said that, I never saw Azhar as a finalist anyway, so no great loss. But having wondered previously about whether Jade was a contender, it's clearly a no now.
Gabrielle to be the last girl. She's the only one I believe will have a credible and attractive business plan.
