Jade will probably win.
Like Tom from last year, totally useless but the best business plan. The weekly tasks are nothing more than television.. LS has his winner already picked and after tonight that could be Jade.

Tom also got week after week after week after week of the edit showing him to be right and ignored by his team, and when he did do things indisputably wrong (his inept PMship in France trying to sell 10 units to La Redoute, completely ignoring Felicity's intructions to drive trade up to his team's salon in favour of selling 3 winges insead), the edit made sure to drive a 10 ton truck over someone else in the same episode so we knew it wasn't his fault somehow and he definitely shouldn't be fired for it.
Jade's got "she drew a penguin". |

Jade's edit isn't strong enough to win after tonight's episode. She's generally been UTR and toneless throughout the series and in what was supposed to be her breakout episode she makes a pig's ear out of it.
Realistically the winner is going to be Tom or Nick, with Jenna as an outside shot. |

If anything, I think Jade's having a Leon edit atm. (so will go in the next 2-3 weeks I should think) - lost as PM, saved because someone else didn't do much, indecisiveness over who to bring back and picking the wrong person (see the Jedi Jim moment). |

Disagree with OP. Tom from last year was very eloquent & he came across good in the boardroom no matter what the situation was. Jade came accross as someone who's not properly educated, emotional & argumentative. Big different with Tom from last year.

Jade's got "she drew a penguin". I can't remember anyone ever having such a savage edit as this one. Jade got every decision wrong. She chummed up to the wrong person (Adam), failed to listen to the best one (Tom) and completely mismanaged the one who was asking sensible but annoying questions (Azhar). The only thing that went wrong with this task was that the margin of defeat was relatively small. It should have been huge. Which means Jade can go on believing that it's OK to have no strategy and that really it was just the team who let her down. In terms of credibility, she's about as far removed from (last year's) Tom as the North Pole is from the South. http://slouchingtowardsthatcham.com/...p-it-in-essex/ |

Tom wasn't that bad - he was on the losing team a lot and did make some silly mistakes, but he came accross as very likeable and he often made very sensible points which got mostly ignored,
Jade's edit has been awful - mostly under the radar followed by an awful PM stint. The people with completely awful edits never win. I think of the remaining candidates only Jade, Adam and Stephen have come out looking so bad they've ruled themselves out completely already. On the other hand often the winner will be someone who has been showed to have some flaws by this stage - Including Tom last year. So far this year I think Nick and Tom have had the best edits, both look close to flawless right now - but I'd say Laura, Ricky, Gabrielle and Jenna are just as likely to win. |

Totally in agreement, Monky. Jade has less chance of winning this series than I do, and I'm not in it.

I would never pick her as a business partner. She just shoots from the hip, doesn't plan anything and doesn't respond to logic in an argument. In the board room thought she was border line hysterical and that would get intensely wearing. You need somebody who is calm and open to reason

I don't think Jade will win, she was a poor PM, and had no STRATERRRRGERRR.
Her awesome sexy voice aside, there's nothing really to say about Jade, she was carried by her team-mates last night and wasn't capable of making decisions. The only thing that saved her last night was a passionate display in the boardroom and the fact that it was her first time in there, Azhar had been in the previous week. |

Lord Sugar asks Jade, "Why should you stay in this process Jade?"
"Well Lord Sugar I don't have any business skills as such, unless you include sketching zoo animals. I don't really have a clue about the fundamentals of business at all in fact or what you wanted from that task and could you tell what this word 'strategy' means that Azhar keeps banging on about. You'll be pleased to hear I have none of that annoying strategy stuff in my business plan. But I know you will love it and it will make you trillions of money, I just dreamt it up one day and drew a cute sketch. I know you will be impressed. What was that, why did I bring Tom in? Don't know really, had to bring someone in and Laura is my BFF and I've only just made up with Adam as we didn't get on for ages. Azhar on the other hand doesn't get on with people as I do, so he should go." Lord Sugar smiles in a benevolent manner, "Enthusiasm is everything in business Jade and seeing as you've got that and can draw a penguin under pressure, bearing in mind that they are pretty hard animals to draw at the best of times, you can stay." "Azhar, despite building a million pound business in six months, no one likes a complainer especially not me and Jade, you're fired." Sugar has gone soft. |

Everything about her is sexy. I would love her to be my (do the) business partner, strategy or no bleedin' strategy.

I keep imagining that voice in a sexual situation. Naughty aren't I.
I don't think there's anything wrong in publicly saying that you find someone you'll never meet attractive, but imagining them in a sexual situation? No - at that point the needle on my 'creepometer' hits red. |

I think sexual fantasies are a common factor with celebrities, and Jade is a celebrity while she's on this show
Nothing creepy about it |
