Want to read some Nightwing and Green Arrow comics
Hi, I've only really read Batman comics and some Justice League but I want to start reading Nightwing and Green Arrow comics but I don't really know where to start, anyone got any recommendations?
I've read Green Arrow: Year one btw. Thanks |

I would suggest trying the new 52 comics, all dc comics were reset to number ones, its a good way to start off somewhere, they are at issue 9's now so it shouldnt be hard to catch up.
Or you could wait for the trade paperbacks, there is also a Nightwing year one. To be honest these two arent my specialities, you could probably look on amazon and look for some reviews of books you arent sure of. |

Green Arrow Year One is a pretty good read, and a decent starting point. I'd give Quiver and onwards a read too.
If you're going to start with the new 52 comics, don't touch Green Arrow issues 1-6, they are truly terrible. The series got a new creative team from issue 7 onwards, so start there if you are going to start with new 52. No idea about Nightwing, Battle for the Cowl might be worth a look though? |

Thanks for the suggestions,
I've read Green Arrow: Year One which I thought was great, its the reason why I want to read more Green Arrow. Battle for the Cowl is the reason why I want to read more Nightwing. |
