Hot enough to be fired maybe.

She sounds like that simpleton Carianne, who became Gavin Henderson's girlfriend in the highly acclaimed series The Bachelor. Needs to cut down on the Malboros (other brands of fag are available ).
I never watched the bachelor but can only imagine. Lol at BIB

I think some of you need to put the dummies back in .... please, talk about taking it all so seriously. It's all light hearted isn't it?
No, hinting that I'm sexist isn't light-hearted. It's roughly the same in my eyes as accusing me of racism. I'm not going to find it funny any time soon.

Why is me simply remarking that Mary03's reaction was a bit over the top, me telling her to 'shut up and know your place'? You have a right to give me an answer after making an accusation rather than laughing it off with condescending BS.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought we were adults and out of the throwing tantrum stages. Who said sexist? I didn't. I had some banter about men always thinking they're right - so shoot me
Please tell me because I'm honestly confused, what has made you quite so angry in this thread? What point are you exactly trying to make here? I'm not so skilled at reading in between the lines as you apparently are.

I have a right do I? Well thank you for pointing that out to me. I have a right to say what I think without being abusive and I don't believe I've been abusive. I think your original post to Mary regarding being vitriol was OTT and if you can't differentiate between light hearted banter and accusations then that's your problem not mine.

I don't think you haven't been abusive at all, but I do think you've rather jumped to conclusions like I have. I never incidentally, claimed you didn't have a right to say anything, I wanted to clear up what has likely been a misunderstanding.

I wondered when the banter defence would be used. I think you should probably think through more in future what you post and how it could be misconstrued, especially through the Internet, where there's nothing but the content of words. This sentence in particular:

Yes Mary, please do tone down, for that read shut know your place dear.
Never seemed like banter to me. I've likely overreacted but sexism isn't something I even really like being hinted at towards me, jokingly or not.

Anyways, I think I've used enough pixel space here, I just wanted to get my point across. We've both been lost in translation I think.

ok, we're at completely different ends of the sense of humour spectrum. You've said your piece, me mine so that's it line drawn then

Exactly. I believe I've seen your username on the Holby City thread and I usually find myself agreeing with your posts there so I blame The Apprentice. Glad it's cleared up.

Yes I go on there - sorry if I offended you, it wasn't intentional

Haha, no worries, it was equally my fault for not getting that it was a joke. Misunderstandings happen all the time on the internet, meanings getting lost and such.

As I mentioned on other threads I agree. It's the voice for me.
Ye, her voice, and for me her eyes as well.

I feel better actually after reading all the comments about Jade from men. If she's considered hot then I must be Catherine Zeta Jones I suppose to be fair, we all have a different take on what's considered sexy and maybe for some of you, she just 'has it' what that is though, I've yet to see.
As i said in my OP, i don't think she's a beauty, but that's different form being hot. There's many a woman who i think are beautiful, but that doesn't mean i find the sexually attractive.
As you say, for me and some others she just ''has it''.

Yeah, noticed that when she answered the phone at the beginning of the art task, very nice indeed.

No way is Jade 'hot' in the classic sense, but I like curves so I would!

No, but salivating over a keyboard is.

I think Jade is attractive and she has got a lovely voice. Funnily enough I am able to make these observations without salivating over my keyboard

She should have been fired though a couple of weeks ago when she was dithering over who to bring back into the boardroom

This. I find her attractive, as I do a lot of women on TV. That doesn't mean I'm salivating over my keyboard, nor am I looking at her in a perverted way.

Keyboards are a legitimate fetish.

So what's her being hot got to do with selling or business management?

I think she's dumb as shit and should've been fired tonight.
It's perfectly reasonable to comment on, or express an interest in someone's sexual attractiveness. It's a fundamental part of human existence after all. Although I don't read many of the TV threads any more, it certainly used to be the case that female FMs commented about the attractiveness of male reality show stars and TV actors as much as male FMs commented about female reality show "stars" and TV actors. It's not as though anyone's doing someone else an injury.

On that note I find it bizarre that any of the remaining female contestants could remotely be described as hot, but each to his own. However I would bet any money that its a minority view among the general public.

I don't think there were are many especially attractive girls in this series, which is a mild disappointment for me. Bilyana and Katie were probably the two that the producers cast in that role - however out of those two Katie was a bit boring looking for my tastes.

Not Laura? I think she was the best-looking by some way.

Forgot about her.

She was quite attractive - more so on Your Fired than in the actual series though. I can see why you might have that opinion, but I'd put her behind Bilyana - who I thought was the only one who physically matched up to some of the girls I've found attractive in past series, if you can overlook the appalling dress sense - and Katie in second place. Although I personally find the stereotypically "pretty blonde" look a bit boring for my taste, I would imagine that slightly more men in the general population would be attracted to her on the basis of looks alone than Laura. I also found Katie's personality to be quite attractive - and without being disingenuous, that genuinely plays a part for me.

I couldn't comment on Jade, but I think Gabrielle is very pleasing on the eye whenever she's on screen - not in a sexual way, just aesthetically (I don't fancy women).
