I don't think you haven't been abusive at all, but I do think you've rather jumped to conclusions like I have. I never incidentally, claimed you didn't have a right to say anything, I wanted to clear up what has likely been a misunderstanding.

I wondered when the banter defence would be used. I think you should probably think through more in future what you post and how it could be misconstrued, especially through the Internet, where there's nothing but the content of words. This sentence in particular:

Never seemed like banter to me. I've likely overreacted but sexism isn't something I even really like being hinted at towards me, jokingly or not.
