Granata with space dust
HI, I wonder if anyone has a recipe for the above? I had this inbetween courses in a restaurant in Rye. It was effective if not a bit "come dine with me"!
I was imagining I could just add space dust to a sorbet??? |

Do you mean Granita? Quote:

I would imagine you would do exactly that.

Granita you keep scraping every so often so it forms crystals and doesn't go smooth. Never had one with popping candy though.
What flavour was the granita? |

A young girl made a granita on Masterchef New Zealand last night - Cassis & orange. The recipe comes up if you put that info into Google - I'm on my phone a sec, too fussy for links or I'd post one. Could you put the space dust on last second - I thought it might 'activate' it before hand. I don't know tho'.

Utopian Girl - I thought too, that the moisture in anything would set the space dust popping - but I've seen a ice cream bomb made on come dine with me - with the space dust in the centre, so I dunno really
what a help I am lol |
