Song about radio DJ after four minute warning

Hey guys.

Wondering if anyone can help me out. When I was about 15 (many years ago) my friend played me a track from an album that wasn't really a song but it had a DJ after a four minute nuclear bomb warning speaking above some music.

I had in my head at the time it was Pink Floyd but I think I must be wrong as I've tried googling it but nothing

Any ideas? I know it's a bit vague but if it's familiar to someone then reply to the thread if you could thanks

I think I'm wrong, but the first thing that came to mind is Kate Bush and 'Breathing': http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VzlofSthVwc but from your description the only part that fits is
Quote:
“nuclear bomb warning speaking above some music”

from 3:10 onwards.

You were almost right with Pink Floyd.

I think the song you are asking about is this.

Four Minutes - Roger Waters (from Radio K.A.O.S. album)

The other two thanks but no they weren't the ones - but I do like the Mark Owen song.

" Warning warning nuclear attack
Atomic sounds designed to blow your mind
World war three"
It's a talk-over at the start of album track man at c&a by the specials

Sorry just read back and you've had the answer you were after! Enjoyed listening to these songs written during the cold war though!

Can't believe the OP asks a question and then waits 3 and a half YEARS before checking back in to get the answer!
