Vodafone VIP
What do you think of the Vodafone customer reward scheme? Do you benefit from it?
It seems to be all about fashion, festivals and Formula 1, none of which interest me. So I'd like to see something a bit different. Maybe something as small as free picture messages. If you're not on Vodafone, does your network have a reward scheme? Thoughts... |

I'm guessing with no responses it's not very popular then?

Never really heard about it to be honest - I know I'm not a Vodafone customer so probably wont have, but I had heard about o2 priority moments & tickets before I was a customer.

I think you get free stuff like that if you are on pay as you go, but nothing similar for those on contract.

Total Crap!
In fact the reward I got was removal of the unlimited Vodafone to Vodafone calls and a price increase on my 100 MMS picture messaging pack from £2.50 to £3.50. I tell you something, after the lies I was told when i signed up telling me when I signed up saying it was a 18 month contract and then finding out i'm stuck with a shitty Blackberry Curve 8520 on a expensive price plan for 2 years it made me angry and won't be upgrading, in fact i'm looking for a way out and will be taking my custom elsewhere on Pay As you Go instead and will use my BT chargecard if I run out of credit and really need to make a call, going back in time actually might solve the problem with expensive and conflicting contracts and price plans. |

Love how its vodafones issue you chose a bad phone, and you signed the agreement for 24 months that is also your fault for not reading the terms before signing.

And the day I had at McLarens technology centre thanks to vodafone VIP was a once in a lifetime day. No other way could I have been in there and pictured sitting on the wheel of ayrton senna car.
Also the pre sales on festivals have been very handy. |
