Basically it doesn't happen. I've downloaded 3 files for mobile devices. I've done this in the past (12 months ago) & can't recollect any problems. When I begin to play any of these 3 it does as expected & wants to connect to the site where the digital rights management is carried out so that you can then copy it over to your portable player.
The only issue is that I wait (in excess of 40 minutes is how long I usually let it go on for before I get fed up & cancel).
If anyone has any ideas then this is my setup: Vista Home Premium 32-bit SP2 all updates applied. 4Gb RAM (I know only 3.5Gb available to 32-bit OS's). Browser Chrome 18.0.1025.168 m. Norton Internet Security 2012 (that prog wasn't running 12 months ago).WMP is 11.0.6002.18311.
