Foxsat HDR spurious recording clash
Since I have now added the BBC Red Button streams as regular Freesat channels I thought I would go back in time to before the last Olympics when there was no EPG info on Freeview 301 and 302 and add weekly hammock timers for streams 2 and 3 (with Freeview 301 recording what is most likely to be on stream 1) on Saturdays and Sundays to have the best shot at recording all the ancillary MotoGP coverage. After each MotoGP weekend I edit the timers to move the start date on an extra week or whatever to be ready for the next race weekend.
However with those timers now set to start on 19th and 20th May I cannot set a Series Link timer for F1 for the weekend of 12/13th May as it reports a clash. So as not have to totally re-enter the hammock timers I have temporarlly set the end times of the ones for stream 3 to before the F1 coverage starts and have to remember to change them back sometime next week. |

How do I add the red button streams to the HDR regular Freesat channels? There are occasions that I would like to record those streams or pause/rewind them.
Update - OK - searching your previous posts I found - http://www.avforums.com/forums/frees...oxsat-hdr.html Looking into this now......Thanks J |

And back to my OP I can now confirm that the Foxsat does take account of the start date of a weekly repeat timer when it comes to deciding what to start recording when. Sadly it does not when checking for potential clashes.
