Turkey meatballs anyone?
I got some turkey mince for a change from tesco it was only £1.18 for 500g so I thought I'd make some meatballs.
Would it taste ok with some mild chilli powder in do you think? How much would you put in? I don't think it needs egg to bind it as it seems quite a "wet" meat already. I was going to put in some thyme in as well, but any ideas are welcome. |

I would make a burger, adding chopped onions, herbs, salt and pepper.

Salt, pepper, garlic, chopped parsley and a pinch of chilli flakes. Brown off in a little oil and simmer in a tomato sauce for 20-30 minutes. Serve with pasta and garlic bread!

I make turkey burgers with mince (add a finely chopped bunch of spring onions and 2 tbsp soy sauce - no egg/breadcrumbs required).
I also make a turkey meatball korma from the BBC Good Food site which is gorgeous! ETA: I also make chili con carne using turkey mince |
