Kindle screen issues
Ok I am now a bit annoyed, I love my kindle but I am now on the 3rd one. My first one I had for Xmas 2010 which I had to replace 3 months later because the screen broke, as in the ink looked like it had run over half the page.
So Amazon replaced it free of charge. Now my 2nd one has gone the same way. As its now out of warranty I have to pay 50 quid for a new one. Has anyone else had this problem ? There is obviously some sort of issue with them ? My kindle is the 3g keyboard version. |

Had mine since it first came out. No problem. Do you use a cover? Do you just chuck it in a bag with everything else you carry?

It's always in a cover, very rarely do I take it in any bag unless I am travelling which is not too often. I guess I'm just unlucky ?

I have the same model as you do, since they were first available. I carry it around in an original leather case, use it without a case when reading. No problem at all. Since it is the second one that does that maybe it's something you do?

I've had the same model as you for ages and no probs for me either.I am reasonably careful with it but it has slipped off the bed a few times (eek).
