I love the song and wondered what the beat / song was based from as I have heard a similar song to it.

Thanks

It's bugging the life out of me . I thought it was Kate Nash but I can't seem to find it . I asked this question yesterday and nobody seemed to know the answer . I know it's a cover . My work colleague seemed to think it was the loveable rogues original but how could it have been if I were singing along to it ??????

Wasn't it the same song they did at their audition?

It reminds me very much of this - Lovestruck by Madness.

Yes. Quite why they were so popular is beyond me when they couldn't even manage a second song.

I don't get their appeal at all, but as a 40-year old male guess I'm not the target fan base!

I loved them - IMO they are like a cross between Bare Naked Ladies & LIly Allen (and I'm 47!)

It's nice to hear someone singing their own song instead of the constant insipid cover versions.

They were rubbish, being swept along so Syco can add them to his roster (and then drop them again a year later after lacklustre sales).
