Okay, let's get down to business.
Reflections, how do you think the task went for you? And how was Katie as PM? |

I think the task went well!! We definitely worked well as a team and I think this contributed really well to quite a strong final product.
Katie was definitely a surprise. After all of the conflicting views of her from the past; albeit mostly negative, I was a bit nervous that she was going to be terrible but like, I was really impressed. Some people have said she doesn't like ideas that aren't her own and is quite narrow-minded in that sense but I definitely didn't experience/see any of these problems that people have with her. I think she did great! |

Okay, and Viveza, did the task go as well for you? And was Jess a good PM?

In my opinion Jess was a very good PM. She was enthusiastic and had a lot of good ideas, as well as always being around. There was a very amicable atmosphere on the team, which was nice.

I think the task went really well for us, it was by far my favourite task yet! As PM, I felt very comfortable, and I feel I made my team feel the same way! I think I delegated tasks well, and had no complaints regarding my leadership- which is always nice!

You've all noted positive team atmospheres - were there any conflicts or problems between team members on either team? Or did you really get along as well as you say?

From my perspective, we got on superbly, lol. There were no conflicts/arguments in the team at all - from my memory.

The team got on very well, which is backed up by the fact there were no conflicts between members of Viveza.

All right, then.
Both teams faced quite a lot of questions from the public, who were of course in charge of deciding the outcome. Do you think their criticisms were fair? |

I definitely think all questions that we were asked were good & they each tackled a different aspect of the task.
The only thing i'm going to say - and it's not like, an insult, it's more of a question, is that one viewer asked a question in regards to my prescense (because I was absent on Monday as y'all know) as a way of understanding the teams unity. I'm not saying that team unity isn't important, because it definitely is, however I do questions their motives of asking such a question? Are they supposed to be voting on the wider picture, or just what they see? |

While I understood where the viewers were coming from, in regards to the criticism of Ellie Goulding, I feel she would be a good choice as a sponsor considering she is one of the only young musicians with any sort of Royal connection.

In this instance, I have to agree with Louise in that I’m not exactly positive that the criticism towards our celebrity sponsorship acts was completely fair. Whilst understanding why the question may have been asked in the first place, I, and the rest of Team Viveza, stand by that the decision to use Ellie Goulding was an appropriate one, backed up with valid points explained in the presentation.

Sorry for lateness. I've been sitting on DS for the last half hour and never noticed the Boardroom started.
![]() I think all my team got on really well in this task and there was no arguments throughout the task and thought both members of my team (David and Gav) both performed well throughout the task. |

Are they supposed to be voting on the wider picture, or just what they see? The viewers weren't given specific parameters on which to base their votes. If a viewer did feel that the contributions on one team were lopsided (and I'm not saying that they were, or that any viewers did vote on this basis), they can choose to reflect that or not in their vote. Speaking of the celebrity sponsors, I heard that one or two of the choices caused some issues. Can anybody tell me about that?
