So I usually do my online shopping on Play, but I found Zavvi and found it much better as you could pay with paypal... I had ordered sone items, and everything was fine.

2 weeks ago I ordered Fringe Season 1-3 Blu-ray set, and it still hasn't been dispatched after 2 weeks.... So earlier I try and cancel it, which I did. When I checked my email I hadn't got a confirmation email, so I swent back on Zavvi and My order is back up on line with "processing"... I cancelled it again and it was removed from my accound, but I just checked again and my order has been "confirmed" and the cancel button has dissapeared.

Has anyone had problems with this site? I assumed it would be as good as Play
