I want weeping, sobbing and gnashing of teeth
They don't seem to care about losing anymore .

Candidates see it as a sign of weakness nowadays. It was really common in the earlier days - just look at Series 1.

When did they ever on the show?

I remember when one of the funny guys got fired after the interview stage the girls started to cry and nearly set Sugar off too by the looks of it as he called for a break and again Sugar looked upset when having to sack a former army guy but apart from that, when did they ever on this show?

In Series 1, Saira Khan cried loads. Also Adele cried in pretty much every episode until she was fired.

I didn't see the first few programmes of series 1 but I do now remember Saira crying after one of the others got sacked. Think she was close to getting sacked in the final 3 in that episode instead but she was crying for the one sacked. I thought that was really cute of her actually.

I think the girl sacked was called Rachel? She danced around with her shoes off during a presentation

No it wasn't her, it was a guy of indian heritage and when he got fired, Saira was crying and he still comforted her even though they where up against each other I think in the final 3.

I vageuly remember her but not the crying, but I quite liked her. I like those who wear their heart on there sleeves in a good way.

Raj - They were good friends on the show and she picked him for her final team. It was Week 9, when Saira lost as PM for the second time and she just about survived that week.

Was that his name? She was responsible as well for him being in the final 3? So it may have been a guilty conscinece in why she was crying? Who was the other one to survive in thatg final 3, do you remember?

I'm pretty sure Jane cried this year. I felt bad for her.

I personally think Laura was close initially too, but fought them back.

I remember Saira crying in the boardroom, made me feel bad for her and I think it made alot of people warm to her a great deal. It was at the end of a very long and stressful task.

In series 3, Jadine was missing her child and almost made it out of the boardroom until Sugar mentioned it after firing her. Was quite an emotional exit, she had practically checked out of the process.

This series I think Tom's been close a few times, he seems to get well stressed but keeps it all bottled up. He's going to explode at one point.

Plenty of people cry Zoe cried when the task got a little bit out of hand for her bless her and Joanna when she got fired and Jo cried when they pitched that awful cat calendar to her .

Tuan is the only guy I know who I've seen cry though.
