Anyone else?

Obviously last week he was in his element, so I expected to enjoy his performance, but he did well last night too.

He is coming accross as more likeable, although I did note he is still doing his "producers bit" of questioning the candidates to make sure they take responsibility on camera, but in fairness that's just clever gameplaying.

Anyone else warming to him?

Oh on a separate note Ricky and Stephen are deffo in their own little team working together.

I still can't warm to him, although he did do well this week.

I didn't buy Sugar's "out of his comfort zone" compliment, though. They were all out of their comfort zone, really. Adam's comfort zone is sales, and that's what he excelled at here - although Ricky (admittedly with a more saleable artist) sold more. I'd like to see him direct an ad next week and see how he copes with that, especially as he undermined Jade so much during the fitness video shoot.

Market traders always have an advantage due to the age-old 'thats where I started out' spiel from Sugar.

Can this bloke really have a sustainable business plan?

What is it? Mechanised fruit and veg? A barrow with a built in sat-nav?

He's come out with some pig ignorant remarks in the past, lets not forget this.

He's really grown on me over the last two episodes, after really disliking him that for being so bigoted at times and his performance on some tasks. I feel dirty now.

I didn't like him for the first two episodes, thought he and Ricky were complete tools who had to pair up in order to do anything.

However, over the past six shows, I have been loving Adam more and more. Yes, it's probably just for comedy value, but some of his expressions and sayings are classic

I'm warming to the lad, he's a bluff Northerner, and is starting to grow on me. Much better than some of the pretentious twerps.

DON'T - ITS A TRICK FROM THE EDITORS!

Haha, he has cut down the sexist jokes, but he acted to much of a dick in the first six episodes to really properly change. He won't make the final.

I agree. Adam got away from blame for all of the mistakes made by that sub-team because he was "out of his comfort zone". I don't see Jade selling art for a day job. I think she did well on this task and started to redeem herself from last week.

I dont mind sexist men, I find them far more fun to be around than PC men who feel ones pain and take umbrage on ones behalf and who's only regret in life is they dont have a period and cant have babies so they can really empathise with their tofu eating wife and little Jocasta and Endive the twins who are awfully precocious for their age already reading at 6 months sweeping genalisations me? never

If you ignore the casual sexism then Adam is pretty great and a good infectiously enthusiastic character. You can't really ignore it though.

He hasn't really been casually sexist in about 5 episodes. I know it was funny when he was patronising to Katie, but it's not really been a running theme, beyond people continuing to make jokes about it long afterwards. It was more his incessant whining, sulking, and cliquishness that turned me off.

I think he's better because he's now away from people who bring out the worst side of his personality (Ricky, Stephen, Katie). For whatever reason, after their initial fight over the 70s choreography, Jade seems to bring out a brighter side of him.

LOL

There's plenty of sexist women out there so maybe Adam is more than bearable.

Assuming he knows his product, and gets to the last 3/4 he could easily be marketed on tv as the next Grgg Wallace type he could pop up on Saturday Kitchen, Jamie Oliver etc

It is possible to not be sexist without going to the extremes you describe

I can't believe this redemption edit on Adam is working on some people. Surely he's been too much of a knob already for this to happen. Fair enough with Jenna, all she ever really did wrong was have a honking accent and whine a bit. With Adam, he's been a patronising git in at least three tasks, and his utter miscomprehension of the task in the Edinburgh task.

I think of all the candidates he has been behind the most (and biggest) errors on the majority of tasks.

Has to be fired soon.

I have a feeling it has more to do with him not being around Stephen nearly as much I never hated him in the first place, because it's not as if he's been really nasty to anyone - a plonker, definitely. but a bad person, no

The thing that impressed me with Adam this week was not so much him managing to sell although it wasn't his cup of tea , but the fact that when he commented about who he thought was responsible for Phoenix losing, he didn't make any ridiculous declaration about himself or his teammates, but actually made a valid observation and was overall pretty restrained. Of course, difficult to know how much of that is an actually change and how much is down to editing

At any rate I'm relieved not to hear nearly as many misogynistic remarks, whatever the reason behind it!

I'm certainly warming to him.

Previously I wanted to see him set upon by hordes of axe wielding demons with venomous snakes for hair, while being sprayed with hydrochloric acid.

Now I'd be happy for the snakes to be of the mere bity, snappy, non poisonous kind.

if Lord S warms to him any more, people in London will be able to switch their central heating systems off for the winter. Lord S is transparent - he loves anyone who is just like him - however, if a candidate has to tell Lord S that he/she is "just like him" it dilutes the effect. Hopefully Adam's "just like Lord S" effect will be offset by his "complete twonk" effect.

I haven't warmed to him. LS maintains its not about selling but week after week, being good at selling the most, has helped many candidates including Adam escape from being fired.

He is so ignorant on many levels I can't see him in the final. Its those managers that LS appoints to do the pre-final interviews who really decide and I can't see them recommending Adam.
