If it came down to Nick and Tom in the final and it was based purely on personality rather than business acumen, I think Sugar would pick Nick over Tom. Tom doesn't have much warmth and does have that slightly arrogant trait of talking about himself a lot and what he knows about this, that and the other! It was this trait that resulted in the artist choosing the other team.

My gut feeling is Tom will win, though. I reckon Sugar will also hire Nick (but this won't be mentioned on the show!).
