I think some of the 'winners' are acts that didn't actually win:
1. Simon Cowell
2. Susan Boyle 3. Paul Potts
4. Escala
5. Faryl Smith 6. Diver City 7. Spelbound
8. Ashleigh & Pudsey
9. George Sampson
10. Jai McDowell

And its because they were exceptional that the likes of George Sampson, Paul Potts and Jai Mcdowell pale in comparison. Even though all three were still very good acts.”
I cant see it - Paul Potts was out of this world. Thats why I did not want Jonathon to win this year because he is no where near as good as Paul.
1. Diversity
2. Spellbound
3. Georgie Sampson
4. Ashleigh & Pudsey
5. Paul Potts
6. Jai McDowall
You know you get a 'moment.' Something that just resonates with you.
Well my 2 fave moments were Diversity's first audition, we have all seen dance troupes before, but they were fresh, different and it had humour. And the lads themselves were so likeable. Now there are a gazillion copycats but I won't forget that first audition.
And Georgie Sampson doing Singing in the Rain for the first time, I really did have hairs on the back of my neck. Such a sweetheart that just lived for dancing.

I said out of the winners, Susan Boyle didn't win.
And also longevity George is still around, on TV every week and in movies. Paul isn't? (I don't think so anyway )

Paul is constantly on the road performing around the world on TV in Japan, Korea, Germany, Austria, Canada.....
he just got back from another trip to Asia yesterday.

But didn't he just worm his way into acting because the dancing stuff wasn't going very well? I heard he owed Simon Cowell money because a dance DVD he released sold badly.
In terms of a career based on what they actually auditioned doing, Paul Potts and Diversity are the most successful winners.

Just have to be smug and say I remember a thread after Diversity won where 70% of people were saying they'd be unheard of a year later; three years on and they've just finished a sold out arena tour ”
Agree wholeheartedly with your choices.......saved me typing it all out lol
