This was by far my favourite task, it definitely had a great concept and not something I would have pictured myself doing individually, but I certainly enjoyed doing it once I got stuck in.

Starting with Reflections - how do you feel the task as a whole went for you? And was Carlisle a strong team leader?

Sorry, i'm here! I really enjoyed this task - it has been my favourite one, actually. I've always wanted to create a blog and like, blog, but it's one of those things I have never really managed to get round to.

I would say this task went superbly. Our team pulled together and although there wasn't as much contact time as some of the other tasks required, we were all working SO hard to ensure that our blog was fully constructed and our other social media accounts were kept up to date and available to promote our blog.

Okay, and Viveza, do you think the task went as swimmingly for you? Any issues with Louise as team leader?

The task went brilliantly for us, not only was it a concept that all three of us enjoyed (and have decided to carry on after this task is fully completed may I add), but there was a nice addition of team spirit, which was a lot easier to work in than previous tasks. I also really like our idea of giving the viewers something, which is artists they may have never heard of and are artists we love as well and enjoy writing about and exploring ourselves. I always enjoy working with Louise; she’s a hard-worker and kept her focus - great PM. To answer your question, the task went superb.

I think the task went really really well, I think it was definitely my favourite task so far! This task really challenged our independence, and I loved the amount of freedom we had- we definitely made this task our own! It gave us alot of creative control!

Louise was a good PM, I always enjoy working under/alongside her, and there were no issues with in the team under her management!

In terms of teamwork, I couldn't have asked for a better team. Both of them were very hardworking and eager.

In terms of the actual task, it flowed extremely well. Everyone did their part. It was a lot of fun building the blog with Jess & Zak.

I feel the task went well, and we worked together greatly. Carlisle was a good pm as he delegated tasks and made sure everyone knew what they were doing. But he was indecisive at times, but overall i think he did a great job.

Both teams ended up going with music-related concepts; how did you come up with these?

Could you give an example of this indecisiveness?

Carlisle, do you think this is a fair criticism?

It took us quite a long time for us to decide on our subject matter until 10/11 pm on the first day.

I wouldn't say I was indecisive and i'm actually a bit surprised that Naruto said this?

The only thing I would say would give that picture was that like, in our group chats (especially today when I was already a bit flustered having been stuck in traffic for 40 minutes and worried I was gonna miss the deadline) sometimes I said something then took it back and said 'nevermind'.

We discussed ideas for a while, with fashion and reality TV being the other options. We dismissed fashion for being too gender specific and then left reality TV because of the failing ratings. Louise suggested going with up and coming artists and we went from there!

I just suggested the concept of bringing new artists to people, because let's face it, that's such a huge part of life nowadays. We all have artists we love and not enough people know about them.

I don't think you can blame that on ME?

I said multiple times that I didn't want to go fully with an idea until Gav was here (He missed a lot of the first evening because of university stuff - which is totally fine, he made up for it with his huge amounts of work.) We were going to go with a Viral video blog idea but when Gav got around we looked back over all of our ideas and we decided we'd go with the Eurovision one as we wanted something a bit more focused and something that definitely would appeal to people.

During our brainstorming sessions we looked at potentially going for many things. These included books, Reality TV, TV shows in general, movies and looking at new artists & weekly blog posts on the chart roundups.

Originally we were straying from the music genre but later on in the night when Gav got here we started to look further in to music & Eurovision in particular, and going with something that two of us were quite passionate about (with Naruto having said he understood Eurovision and watched it every year) meaning all of us had some degree of fundamental knowledge about it. We thought we'd go in to a certain branch of music as opposed to just simply music.

But the fact that we chose Viral Videos and we had made a blog and i was writing a post, and then when Gav came we just abandoned ship and went with Eurovision shows there was some indecision

I don't think you could call Carlisle indecisive - he made decisions really quickly and efficiently, but he also listened to our feedback, and if there was something we weren't happy with, he'd take that into account. I was late because of uni stuff on Friday, so I didnt get to make my point until half 10ish, which is why it took a while to come up with our idea, not from Carlisle being indecisive.

I made the blog, actually.

Gav expressed concerns about the Viral Video blog idea because of how much it has been done in the past - which is why we settled on Eurovision.

Look, I don't want to argue right now because I put several times throughout my evaluation that we worked great as a team and I don't know why you suddenly have all these problems? I asked you SO many times over the coursse of the task whether you were happy with everything, what you were doing, the blog concept etc. Are you trying to be entertaining or something.

Okay, moving on.

Viveza, you seem to be doing well on the 'team unity' front (or else you're just better at pretending to), but are there any parts of this task that you don't feel were your strongest? Or anything you'd change, looking back?

In all honesty, if there wasn't any "team unity" I would express it, like I have in the past. I'm not one to beat around the bush. But this team has been great to work with and everyone was very agreeable. I don't want to sound like something out of Barney but I really have no complaints.

If I had to choose a weakness, it would be in the way we decided to present it. But I felt this followed what you first expressed in the brief. Just post the links and an explanation. Maybe it was too short though.

No pretending, just three people who worked extremely well with each other!

Perhaps (from viewer feedback favouring Reflections), we could've put our explanatory post into a more detailed form- which in reality wasn't what the task was about! I really think we have a strong, sustainable concept, and the whole team have expressed interest in continuing with the blog when DSA is over!
