I am not to blame for the loss of this task. I was initially against the idea but then due to how long it was taking to reach a decision, i opted for it, and this was a main factor to the loss. Everything or most of what i did contributed to the advantages of our blog, and this is my first appearance in the bottom three so i think i should definitely stay.
"Yeah sure" "I like it" "Sounds good to me" "Okay"

Again, not saying you didn't do a good job, but I don't think you did anything that myself or Carlisle couldn't have done to the same standards. And fair enough at the wanting a decision, I got back at half 9, so I'm assuming you'd been talking for a while, but to me you just seemed entirely passive throughout the whole conversation.

As far as I remember, the maximum amount of input you gave during the discussion with Gav present was:
"Yeah sure" "I like it" "Sounds good to me" "Okay" ![]() |

You cant say i was passive when i had been talking extensively when you werent there.
I don't think you can just agree to everything and say "Okay" or "I like it" to every question asked, only to back away from it in the boardroom. |

But it was late, we hadnt reached a decision and i had been talking to you for a long time. When gavin came on, i was still writing my Viral Videos post which i had to delete as we changed our decision.

All I would say is that when I don't like an idea, I make it clear and obvious - I didn't particularly love the viral videos idea, and I think everyone knew that.
I don't think you can just agree to everything and say "Okay" or "I like it" to every question asked, only to back away from it in the boardroom. |

You're probably the quietest candidate left in the process. Often, when I've been writing my end of task feedback, I've genuinely struggled to say anything about you because you've often been, well, invisible. Even when you're in chats and contributing, your comments are so small and so few.

I know you were discounting anything that was posted in the thread, but did you even bother to read it?
Everything you just asked is explained there. http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showp...&postcount=127 Yes, I did read it. But you didn't explain why you solely focused on the song reviews, rather than incorporating a broader range of topics (with perhaps shorter reviews of each song). However, Gav has explained this very well - thank you, Gav.
I'd like to bring the arguments to a halt now; I've made my decision. |

I think at this stage, it's difficult to measure who did the least (unless someone is absent), so the issue isn't how much you contributed, it's what you contributed.

Gav, as far as I can tell, you participated very well in this task - there wasn't a bad word said about you in the team evaluations. However, some of the previous feedback I've received has suggested that you haven't yet had your 'shining moment' - have you? I'm not sure.
Naruto, you've faced a fair bit of criticism recently, and from all reports, you contributed less to this task than either Gav or Carlisle. Whilst you did well as a candidate at the start of the process, I'm struggling to see whether you're holding your own now. Carlisle, from what I've heard, you were a strong PM who contributed well to the task - I have no problems with you on that front. However, you have once again been outright rude and aggressive in the boardroom, not only with members of both teams, but also towards me. If you want to disagree with an outcome, that's fine, but this is really not the way to go about it. |

I would like to say thank you to everyone for this opportunity, especially anactoria, Tyjet and cheekypeter!
I am also glad to see that when two people gang up on one, they still win. |

Good luck to you in the future, Naruto, and you did very well to get this far.
Carlisle and Gav, I'll see you both on the next task. |

I am also glad to see that when two people gang up on one, they still win. You weren't scapegoated, you just were generally the weakest member of the team. However, I wish no hard feelings because I have enjoyed talking to you in the past.

Thanks for keeping me in the process!
Huge comiserations to Naruto, despite how it might seem from these boardroom posts, I did really enjoy working with you on this task, and although I think you were the right person from the three of us to go, I think you're still going out on a high having done an excellent job! |
