Well that a lot of what starting a business is about. Luck, being in the right place at the right time and blagging - followed by hard work. The hardest customer to get is your first one.

I don't think it was. There were certainly red signs but I think there was a clear majority of green hired signs.

I agree.

socha, I think you either have to adjust the colour on your telly, or take off those stephen-shaped rose-tinted spectacles

It's not as bad as that. , but it's interesting to see how different we look at situations. I was really surprised to hear Dara say hired when I saw a majority of red signs.

We'll have to watch it again I think.

LAWD How did Stephen survive again? Poor Jenna.

But at least I don't have to switch on subtitles anymore whenever she speaks

My take on tonite's show!!

Jenna admtted she went wrong....but Stephen messed up too and he's still there!!

Ricky is a lucky so and so, isn't he??

Stephen got no chance of winning...AS don't like con artists, who'd sell their granny to stAy in this comp

Jenna looked stupid with her hair like that ...what was she thinking??

MAde my nite seeing Tom go through!!

There's seem to be a lot of love for Adam on DS....made me laugh re: Nick coming over to his team though!! LOL

AS has lost the plot BIG TIME!! Beleive he wants a male to win, like last year!!!

Dara at his best as always!!

That's the second task Ricky has failed as PM where the reason for the failure was the video. I would have thought after the last time he would have made sure he was at the filming. Fatal error from Ricky there.

If your product looks attractive, well designed, and it does what it says, then customers will follow. Also depends on the character of the business owner, and what they want from their business.

Just replied to your post, sorry about that, as my mind was on that UK cushion making factory, where they do need more workers. Think Stephen might do well on one of their sewing machines.

As I can't ask Dara, what I will do is freeze the clip tomorrow, and count how many of each colour there is, then will hot foot to this thread and enter the numbers ok.

Grandeur,,,,Grandeur,,,,for f*** sake,,,,,,what a moron stephen is,,,,,,do they all leave their common sense in their suitcases.
Stephen is this years creepy candidate, i though it was gonna be Ricky Martin but i don't mind him so much.

Tom has to stop trying so hard to pass his third hand knowledge of things he thinks he's an expert in and he could win.
In the end Lionel Messi (Jenna) had to go as she was out of her depth. A-dumb next as he is clueless

Can someone please tell me the format for the 3 remaining programmes?

Next week (10) is a team challenge where one is fired. That leaves 6 and two shows left.

If week 11 is where the six put forward their business plan (or whatever they call it) how many get fired, and how many are in the final?

Haha... thanks, that would be great, I'm not in the UK so I can't watch it on the BBC website.

Judging by the reactions I must indeed be colour blind

In the first 6 series, week 11 was 'interview week', however last series when the format changed to business partner, this moved to the final week and the candidates presented their business plans in this time. I presume this series week 11 will be something similar to last series, when the teams had to open up fast food restaurants.

Thought it was kinda funny last night the way Jenna launched into the whole "I take responsibility...." thing and you could see Stephen just thinking "Well, that's fine by me. You just carry right on doing that".

Even got so bad that Karren felt compelled to interject and point out that Stephen should take some of the responsibility but Jenna seemed determined to ride the "responsibility" horse right off a cliff.

Shame really.
Didn't really think that much of Jenna but she should've made Stephen fight for his survival rather than totally letting him off the hook.

Oh, and she looked super-hot on YBF. Real stunner!

*EDIT*
Last night's vote.

Seemed pretty convincing to me.
